“It will be best if the two of you surrender,” said the beautiful succubus, Princess Laventia. “Zorren doesn’t want you girls to get hurt, so why not cooperate and just be his woman?”

“In his dreams,” Erica scoffed.

“I knew you’d say that, so I guess that leaves us no choice but to force the two of you to sleep for the time being.” Princess Laventia snapped her fingers, and a magic circle appeared behind her.

Another Rank 7 Nightkiss Moth appeared, making the faces of the two ladies turn grim.

“Make them sleep,” Princess Laventia ordered.

The two Rank 7 Moths flapped their wings, sending a sprinkle of sparkling dust toward the two ladies, who weren’t able to evade quickly.

A smile appeared on Princess Laventia’s face because she thought that the two ladies would immediately lose consciousness and fall from the sky.

The moths had already positioned themselves to catch the two ladies the moment their abilities took effect.

But, contrary to their expectations, Erica, and Shana were able to shrug off the attack of the two Moth Sovereigns, and flew in separate directions to make their escape.

Thirteen’s mythical rings had given them a very high resistance to sleep, paralysis, and mind controlling powers.

Because of this, they were able to shrug off the effects of the sleeping dust that had been blown in their direction.

“Such amusing ladies. It seems that I underestimated their willpower,” Princess Laventia commented. “I guess you’re one lucky guy, Zorren.”

“That, I am,” Prince Zorren replied. “Seeing beautiful ladies struggle is a very entertaining sight to behold.”

“How rude,” Princess Laventia scoffed. “Have you forgotten there is another lady in your presence?”

Prince Zorren only chuckled at the princess’ comments before ordering his Venom Wyvern to pursue Erica, whom he considered his top priority.

He wanted to capture her as soon as possible, aware of the possibility that reinforcements from the Central Government would arrive to thwart his plans.

Erica had split up with Shana to increase their chances of escape.

Since they couldn’t fight their enemies, they would put all of their strength into running away instead.

“Give it up, Erica,” Prince Zorren taunted when he was only dozens of meters away from the fleeing Sorceress. “Don’t worry, I will make you the Queen of our race. You will have the great honor of giving birth to my children. That is the reason why you are born in this world.”

Erica didn’t reply because she had no time for the Prince’s nonsense.

The only person whom she would allow to get her pregnant was none other than Zion, and she would rather die than let the Skavari Prince have his way with her.

Suddenly, the sound of a notification reached her ears—it had come from her communicator. Seeing that the caller was Zion, Erica immediately connected the line.

“I know your current situation,” Thirteen said before Erica could say anything. “Help is already on the way, so don’t worry.”

As soon as the teenage boy finished giving his reply, a pained cry escaped the Harpy Queen’s lips as something hit her hard on her chest, which sent her flying backward.

Prince Zorren, who was surprised by the unexpected turn of events, saw a blur appear beside his flying mount before his Venom Drake was blown back, which almost dismounted the Prince from its back.

Zed, who had timely arrived at the scene, didn’t make any further move and simply crossed his arms over his chest and looked at the Skavari Prince with pity.

“I knew you were stupid, but I didn’t think it would be this bad.”

A cold voice filled with killing intent reached Prince Zorren’s ears, making the latter look at the person who was hovering several meters away from him and his Venom Drake.

“Aracelle, what are you doing here?” Prince Zorren asked angrily. “Are you interfering with my plans?”

“So what if I am?” Princess Aracelle asked back.

“Do you want to wage war against the Skavari?!” Prince Zorren demanded. “I can still turn a blind eye to your actions if you help me capture Erica. If not, I will consider this a declaration of war!”

“Then war it is,” Princess Aracelle replied without hesitation.

The Princess then snapped her fingers, and behind her, a portal appeared.

The five Rank 7 Peacocks whom Zion had captured emerged from the portal and encircled the Venom Drake, who had been hit earlier by Zed’s attack.

“I know you also brought more of your High-Ranking subordinates, but they are land dwellers like that giant snail of yours,” Princess Aracelle. “Simply put, you are now at my mercy.”

Prince Zorren glanced in the direction of the giant purple snail and was about to order it to help him when he saw his prized monster being pummeled repeatedly by the giant Ape, Khan, whom Shana had summoned according to Zion’s instructions.

“Laventia, where are you?!” Prince Zorren shouted.

Earlier, Prince Zorren ran after Erica, while Princess Laventia pursued Shana.

Both of them were very confident that they already had this mission in the bag when suddenly, several powerful monsters appeared out of nowhere.

Khan, Lord Zorca, and Harahon, who had all pledged their loyalty to Zion, appeared on the battlefield.

Zed, Khan, and the Lord Zorca were Rank 8 Sovereigns and were all just a step away from becoming Rank 9.

Harahon was only Rank 7, but it was still a very powerful monster that was both fast and agile.

Khan also had the special ability to raise its Rank up to Rank 9 for a short period of time, making it the strongest monster on the battlefield.

As such, he personally took care of the giant snail, which Thirteen had wished to capture because he wanted to perform several experiments on it.

The Mythical Rings that Erica and Shana possessed allowed Zion to lock into their location and summon a portal to send his Monster Army to their aid.

Athena, whom he assigned to monitor the important people to him, had noticed that Zed, Siri, and Princess Aracelle were near the area Erica was flying to in her escape.

Using his connection with Zed, Thirteen ordered him to immediately come to Erica’s rescue.

Princess Aracelle, who was connected to Zion, realized what was happening, so she immediately followed Zed and flew in the direction where Erica was located.

Siri, who had no idea what was happening, was left behind. It didn’t take long for her to realize what was happening after witnessing the fierce battle unfolding on both land and in the skies.

Metatron was quite impressed when Princess Aracelle used the secret art of House Pavareth to swear allegiance, as well as loyalty, to Thirteen, binding their destinies together by the string of Fate.

Since she was now the teenage boy’s person, the God of the Apocalypse gave the princess the ability to summon her minions from the Domain of the Apocalypse, which had been forced to sign a contract with him.

The only reason why Princess Aracelle didn’t bring them out right away was due to the fact that Zion had other plans for them.

However, since this was an emergency, she didn’t hesitate to summon them to neutralize the Skavari Prince.

“You will regret this, Aracelle!” By this point, Prince Zorren understood that he was now surrounded. He quickly broke a teleportation crystal while glaring at the Princess hatefully. “I’ll make you pay for this!”

“No, you won’t,” Princess Aracelle replied as she snapped her fingers once more.

The world around them distorted, shattering space around them.

This phenomenon cancelled Prince Zorren’s teleportation crystal because it was unable to break through the unstable environment around it.

Seeing that his plan to escape had failed, Prince Zorren roared in anger as it urged its Venom Wyvern to escape.

However, how could Zed possibly allow that to happen?

With a punch fueled by his speed, the Venom Wyvern cried out in pain before falling from the sky.

Prince Zorren, who had now been dismounted from its back, was caught by one of the Peacocks under Princess Aracelle’s command.

“Good work, Aracelle.”

Thirteen’s words echoed faintly inside the princess’ mind.

This made the young lady smile faintly. After all, she had just been praised by the one person whom she wanted to see the most after returning to the Cygni Continent.
