Within minutes, the trees, the bushes, and everywhere that the eyes could see were covered with goblins. They were all that the players could see.

Jake smiled as he twirled his sword again.

The goblins started running toward him, while there were a few goblins perched up on the trees with bows in their hands.

"Archers! Target the goblins on the trees first, and then the mages within the hordes." Jake shouted as he charged within.

The goblins tried to attack him, flanking his side. But Jake's attack power was too high. With just a few swipes of his sword, the goblins fell and disappeared into pixels.

The guild members who happened to see him all had their jaws dropped.

"Did he hack the game? How is he killing them so fast?" one of them muttered.

Clang!

"You fool! Now is not the time to focus on something else! The goblins are so goddamn tenacious!" his group mate shouted.

They were already getting exp at an insane rate, because these goblins had a ton of experience points. One of their group mates already leveled up within minutes because of the exp share.

Jake was already moving forward compared to the groups behind him. He was trying to look for one particular person. Seeing all these goblins move like this, with a clear goal and formation, Jake had the sneaking suspicion that there was someone behind that was giving these goblins orders.

"Ah! These goblins are so weak. Thank god I came here first. I don't think that there is a single raid that is low leveled enough for beginner guilds to try and conquer." Jake thought to himself as another goblin fell to his sword.

Although the number of goblins here outnumbered Bright Horizon at least ten to one, the groups were effective enough that there wasn't a single casualty yet.

Many of the archers focused on dropping the goblins up top first, so that there wouldn't be any sneak attacks.

And at Jake's level, the amount of HP he was getting back per second was enough to negate the first few hits he took from the archers.

He wasn't godly enough to actually be able to deflect all the arrows that came at him. That would need an insane amount of practice and skill.

After thirty minutes, the clean up became much easier. With most of the guild members leveling up and assigning their stat points, they were able to take care of the goblins with ease. It became much easier to kill these green hunks.

They also understood the same monotone attack patterns.

But when they looked around, they couldn't see their Guild Leader.

"Don't tell me! Did he die as he walked in on his own?" someone asked.

"No. Didn't you see him in battle? He was a god on the field. I think that even now, he is leveled so much above us. I don't know how such a godly player is our guild leader." the man who was distracted at the very beginning looking at Jake said.

"He went in all on his own?" another asked as his sword slashed forward.

The number of goblins had decreased way too much, and now, they were the larger force.

"It's too bad. To think that a few of us died in this fight." a guild member shook his head.

"I guess that's just how it is. Atleast he got a lot of exp. I mean, we are up, what four, five levels? I don't think that I have ever been up these many levels at once. The raid is just overpowered man!"

"Let us collect all of the loot first. All of this rare equipment, it should all be worth something." the first guild member said as he looked around.

Rare equipment was lying around like it was worth nothing. There were goblin leathers, and other materials as well for the taking. This raid really did give them a lot of loot.

While some of them were in charge of collecting the loot, some of them were in charge of cleaning up all of the goblins.

But a few minutes later, the remaining goblins all suddenly ran away, confusing the players. Until now, the goblins were aggressive. Why would they run away all of a sudden.

"Everyone! Maintain formation! The big meat is coming!" Jake shouted as he suddenly appeared before them.

Right next to him, surprisingly, Myriad Arrows and Kierch were also there, running with him.

The entire forest all congregated at one spot. And Jake, Myriad Arrows, and Kierch all reached that one spot because all three of them had the same hunch. Something was here that was controlling the goblins.

And yet, what they saw put them in the situation that they were in right now.

"Tankers in front! Archers in the back! Archers, get your arrows ready! Mages, get your spells ready! We need to be ready for what is coming!"Jake shouted.

Everyone scurried, because they could feel the thuds on the ground. Something was approaching, and that something was big.

The archers had the arrows in there hands, and the bows targeting the thicket from which Jake and the other two escaped from. Mages had their hands on their grimoires that they got as a part of their class.

,m And the tanks all had their shields in front of them. As for the swordman, and other combat warriors, they had their weapons ready, standing between the tanks and the archers and mages, forming a layer of protection.

"You too, Myriad Arrows. I need your special attacks." Jake sighed.

Thud!

Thud!

The sound was getting louder, and whatever was inside, was getting closer.

Thud!

Now, everyone could see the foot of whatever was coming out. Just the foot itself was huge. It was as thick as a tree trunk, and as tall as the trees itself.

A terrifying thought appeared in their minds as they all looked up in the skies.

Beyond the trees, above in the sky, a head could be seen. A head with one eye, and a body with rippling muscles.

"A cyclops!"
