Bottling up his now dense aura, Noah exited his room to go for a walk. It felt like forever since he walked along the black but well-lit streets of his guild's city. He had yet to receive any message from the guild like lady Yevette had said, but that reality didn't bother him.
However, the issue of having to bear the secret stares from those on the street bothered him a bit. Noah's skin had almost started to shine, as it had begun to glisten in the lights of the city. His facial features apart from his eyes had not undergone any changes. Even his icy blue eyes seemed to slightly glow. Very slightly. But was something that could be noticed, at least to those who had not seen him before.
pαndα`noνɐ1--сoМ His passage caused the heads of many to turn, especially the women. Thankfully, he could eventually push them to the back of his mind, while the urge to simply take in fresh air continued to blossom within him.
The urge to find something to eat struck Noah at some point and he didn't shy away from it, immediately walking toward one of the many places that sold food. A plate lined with delicacies; ones that actually cost a lot, but were worth it, stood before Noah, and he didn't hesitate to dig in.
A glass of wine; surprisingly, topped up the satisfying meal. The drink held alcohol, but like he had come to accept, his body immediately detoxified the golden brown drink of its negative substance. For some reason wines that did not feature mana were far more expensive than those that featured the world's natural energy.
Noah left the establishment after a while and returned to his room. He would return to the abodes of lady Sarah in about two days, after which he would be stuck with her for whole months until she found his improvements adequate.
Truth be told, he hated the fact that he would be constrained under her roof, doing nothing but training for months, but he had to accept it. His first dungeon dive had brought him more levels than he expected, he would need to settle for that annoying reality, at least for now.
[You have acquired two skill books]
[You have acquired one new weapon]
[You have acquired two special items]
[You have gained a 10,000 addition to your skill points]
Noah reopened the panel containing those words and checked his inventory for the said items.
Two normal-looking books, one earth-brown, and the other deep-purple appeared mid-air before Noah and he quickly placed them on his bed with his mental waves.
Followed by the two books was an object black in color. It looked like a rope that had been rolled and featured a long metallic end. However, he didn't focus too much on it since two more items were remaining.
Two orbs glowing deep-orange in color appeared before Noah, signifying the last of his rewards. Needless to say, the sight of the glowing orbs only the size of a man's fist intrigued him, and he immediately decided to check what they were first.
Noah held one of the two orbs in his right hand and felt unsure of his next action. A panel, however, appeared in front of his eyes a few seconds after he touched it, and it held the information he needed.
[Spacial orbs]
[Color: Orange]
[Grade: Special]
[Content: Unknown]
[Crush the orb to reveal its contents]
Noah immediately did as the prompt said, and the orbs structure quickly gave way to his incredible strength even if he only applied a little force.
An orange light, nigh-blinding in intensity shone in front of Noah's face immediately after the glass-like structure of the orb crumbled.
A pair of plain-looking black gloves appeared on the floor after the light died down.
An eyebrow rose on his face at that unexpected sight, and he immediately picked the supposed special items up.
However, Noah noticed their stunning weight. Each pair weighed a bit more than 40 kilograms!
The reality made Noah pause for a second, even if their weight was easily forgotten by his mind. He felt he could comfortably lift an object more than ten times the weight of both gloves, and that was without his empowerment.

[Upgrade requirements: ??????]
Noah read through the lengthy description of the item or rather what was clearly a weapon. Its abilities sounded good even if a bit of it could only be understood until he tested them out.
Noah wore both gloves and felt the materials merge with his hands. A minute portion of his essence flowed from his core into both gloves and the normal-looking black gloves transformed in front of his inspecting gaze.
The black, seeming fabric-like build of the gloves turned metallic, as big scales of deep purple appeared on the backhand portions of the gloves. The deep-purple scales pulsed with energy as a red gem emerged from the center of both gloves.
The red gem didn't look like a mana stone and didn't even contain mana. One of its functions was to make a connection with Noah's mind and core, to allow its various abilities to work.
Speed Essence continued to flow out of his core until the gems began to pulse with a crimson light. Runic symbols appeared within the red crystals. The yellow symbols swirled within the gems and caused his gloves to begin to release a faint humming sound, which eventually died down.
The palms of the gloves were obsidian-black and featured randomly inscribed purple lines pulsing with power. Noah felt himself get mesmerized by the beauty of the gloves, but he soon had to snap out of it.
With a simple command from his mind. Noah activated the claws of the gloves and in an instant, the metallic scales of the gloves reformed to give way to the emergence of blade-like claws exactly 7inches in length and slightly curved at their tips.
The silvery build of the claws featured red and purple lines running across them. The lines seemed to carry power into the claws for whatever purpose he desired. That feature wasn't even mentioned in the description. He found that he could charge the claws with more power, and he did.
A few seconds later, Noah found himself staring at the thrumming claws of the gloves. He dared not perform any attack since his instincts informed him that he would regret such an action.
