Jake didn't bother saying goodbye, he didn't need to be polite to those that didn't even think about revealing their names. Perhaps she thought that Jake would ask, but it didn't matter… The animosity was coming from both sides, so it was fine. Regardless, he achieved his goal and it was time to return without looking behind.

Jake almost forgot, but that quest had a class as a reward. Since it was just a normal one, he wasn't looking for it much, and now he had even less reason to do so.
"Now, I just have to master this item, get the next class and make those two level up a bit more," Jake thought.
Jake decided to spend the rest of the day doing that and then head to a place he hadn't been before on the next mission. That should be possible after completing the last mission.
Once he reached the dungeon, Jake went to check the shop for new items. While there were some new equipment, none of them would be useful for Jake. After a long sigh, Jake heard the sound of footsteps approaching. So, Jake began to hunt the enemies again.

"Now we are talking…" Jake smirked.
With that class and skill, Jake's abilities will improve by leaps and bounds. All that work had been worth the hassle… Jake had other classes that he could obtain, but they would be a pain to obtain, and they wouldn't help him improve his current fighting style. Jake added that skill to the list that he needed to focus on leveling up, but it would take a while for that to happen in the frozen Grizzlies dungeon.
"I don't see how a dungeon break can happen aside from attacking the purple crystal… So I guess that's why the redhead kept an eye on me during the fight," Jake thought. "Causing a dungeon break shouldn't be an issue for me since I can take down Vare now without suffering a scratch. The only problem is that the dungeon will get harder, and the newbies might not be able to clear it."
As much as he wanted to deny it, Jake still had a conscience… His pride also wouldn't let him cause problems for others. It would be better to wait for missions to clear dungeons after breaks, but it has been a while since those appeared.
"I guess this is enough for the day…" Jake said when he saw the sky darkening and the temperature decreasing.
After heading home, Jake noticed that not a single sign of footsteps around. It seemed that the people had been busy recruiting the newbies and then using them to protect the cities that might be targeted again. That worked well for him since Jake could make more shurikens… But even the claws of the frozen Grizzlies were starting to lose their power… Maybe Jake should reforge and reinforce them using proper blacksmithing skills. While that was leveling up, the bonus effects of the Creation of new items were barely noticeable.
"The metal of those claws are pretty good, but I guess they need more than that," Jake thought.
The only problem was that Jake could only do so much with his free time. In the end, hunting was more efficient in all senses. Still, since he had some time before going to bed, Jake decided to see what he could do using the heat of his dark flames and some of the Grizzlies' claws. While he could melt them, it wasn't the same as the flames of a furnace… It was a lot more destructive. Thanks to that, it felt like the materials lost some of its power… Almost like his flames damaged or destroyed the mana within the metal.
"In the end, it doesn't surprise me that this is the case… Those can erase a lot of things from existence, after all," Jake thought.
Although he never wished for them, Jake could use some fire spells, so he probably could keep a furnace going… He just needed. That type of item couldn't be bought using the system, but Jake probably could get one if he goes to that city of the rabbit people. Their steel wasn't half bad…
"Well, let's make a mental note for this and try to get that after the next mission," Jake said and then he went to bed.
As soon as Jake woke up the next day, he felt that something was off. He felt weirdly uncomfortable like something was on his back.
"My spider sense is tingling…" Jake thought.
Jake immediately left the house to check if there was something off outside, but he didn't feel anything odd. He thought that someone troublesome would visit him, but his guess was wrong. In the end, he went as far as to check the dungeon… It would be a problem if someone tried to break that dungeon, after all.
"I guess my senses are warning me of the next mission… now I can't wait to see what is going to happen," Jake said while grinning.
