Nine months passed in the blink of an eye.

The flying island was bustling, new places had been constructed and close to 500,000 humans had found their way to the flying island.

At first, there had only been a single palace on the flying island but no one could see the signs of it turning into a huge city.

Nobody had been slacking off, which was also how the flying island had been able to welcome half a million human Ascenders from all over Camsun. They had been rescued and brought to the flying island after making sure that they hadn't been put under a Soul Contract, that nobody brainwashed them, and that they wouldn't betray the flying island.

With the use of various devices and Ariel Silvertale's help, all of this had been possible.

The relationship between the Essence Angels and the humans of the flying island could only be described as very good. They had been working together for the last nine months, providing exceptional benefits for either side.

While it looked like the human Ascenders made most benefits in the beginning, this was only half-true.

First of all, Dilan had been going out hunting evil Lesser Gods and eradicating treacherous races all over Camsun. He was not affiliated with the Angel's Haven alliance because they were known for not working together with human Gods.

pαпdα Йᴏνê1,сòМ That Dilan was not a God didn't really matter because his combat prowess was simply too terrifying.

Nonetheless, the benefits the Angel's Haven received didn't only come originate from Dilan.

Sarah and Pierre were able to create a potion that temporarily increased the comprehension of the user. The effect was exceptional and it allowed Essence Angels to get a better grasp of the Power they've been granted. At the same time, it allowed them to learn more about the techniques they practiced.

Being the Undying Group's sparring partners, they had to spar for several hours every single day. Drinking the comprehension-enhancing potion allowed them to reach a higher proficiency in the techniques they practiced. This increased the strength they could exhibit while fighting thus providing a drastic overall increment in the combat strength of the entire Angel's Haven alliance.

Sarah and Pierre were busy creating potions, in exchange for a tremendous fortune that would be paid by Ariel Silvertale in exchange for a constant supply of the comprehension-enhancing potion.

As for Old Jeff, he advanced to the fifth Tier and became the first Demi God with a blacksmithing occupation. He was granted several rewards by the system and used them in order to start processing the burning star's core.please visit panda-:)ɴᴏᴠᴇ1.co)m

The core was huge and heavy enough to arm an army of millions of Giants, let alone a few hundred thousand of Ascenders. However, it required lots of time to process the core of the burning star. It would take a few more years, if not for the support of a few well-known Essence Archangels.

They had also blacksmiths, some who had already ascended to godhood. When they heard about the core of a burning star, they immediately went over. They basically ended up begging Old Jeff by offering their unconditional help as long as they could help process and refine the burning star.

Old Jeff would have been a fool for rejecting the Archangels, who were overjoyed when they were given permission to join Old Jeff's mission to research the material of the burning star's core and start working on it.

There were several similar situations where humans possessed something that interested the Essence Angels, where human Ascenders were able to create something Essence Angels couldn't, or where human Ascenders were needed rather than Essence Angels.

Thes situations indicated the change from a heated relationship to something that could be considered friendship.

Dilan and the other higher authorities of the Undying Group were quite satisfied with that. However, the Demi Gods of the Undying Group were not satisfied with their own growth.

They noticed that Dilan was getting stronger whenever he returned from a hunting trip while their strength didn't increase that much. In fact, most Demi Gods were more focused on studying martial art technique and getting to know their true potency

At first, the humans on Milarn didn't think highly of martial art techniques. Dilan was similar in that regard. Before his time in the City of Trials, he was certain that it was not necessary for him to learn a bunch of martial art techniques. To be precise, Dilan was certain that it was just a waste of time because most techniques seemed rather difficult to learn and the gains shouldn't have been worth it.

However, that thought was a big mistake. He knew that he was only able to defeat stronger opponents with the use of the various techniques and teachings he had received in the City of Trials, or so was the case before he became a Demi God and got hold of the Flame of the Beginning.

Dilan's strength, combined with his abilities, special traits, and item abilities was not something one could face easily. Adding the use of various techniques that had been created in millions of years of effort by a bunch of True God Soul Shards, and the Flame of the Beginning, Dilan's full potential was not something anyone could grasp right now.

Even the Lesser God Archangels of the Angel's Haven alliance couldn't be certain if they were stronger than Dilan or not. And that was just in a head-on fight and not if Dilan fought recklessly, using his True Undying Essence to obliterate his opponents with brute force and constant bashing.

However, that was exactly what Dilan could do if his combat prowess was weaker than his opponent's. Most of his enemies didn't know that he was Undying and that he could heal in an instant. Making use of this allowed him to trick his opponents and kill them in the blink of an eye.

And that was how he killed dozens of Lesser Gods in the last nine months, and how he got rid of 9 races, killing billions…
