Suddenly, two cars collided and exploded, causing a loud noise. Song Luokui lifted her head from Chi Yu's embrace and glanced at the rearview mirror, seeing thick smoke billowing.

Song Luokui was somewhat worried, "Was it our people...?"

Chi Yu: "No."

Song Luokui tightly gripped Chi Yu's clothes, "That's a relief."

The order of the cars was suddenly disrupted, with an enemy car ramming through the middle. A foreigner on board cursed loudly, and upon spotting Chi Yu's car, he swerved and collided right into it.

Chi Yu and Song Luokui felt their car get hit from behind. They quickly leaned forward, fortunately both wearing seatbelts. As the other car prepared to ram them again, Nan rolled down the window, aimed at the rear, and shot out one of the tires with a loud "bang."

The enemy car swerved and crashed into their own vehicle.

The situation was intense, yet no one reported it to the police and no cops arrived, nor were there any other cars around. It seemed Mandela had coordinated with local authorities.

Their car continued forward while the enemy pursued. The car ahead suddenly braked, switching positions with Chi Yu's car and placing them at the front.

Song Luokui's car sped up, quickly creating distance from the pursuers.

After some time, Nan received a message: "Boss, Bei's side is taken care of."

Chi Yu: "Good, let's head back then."

"Understood."

Song Luokui lifted her head from Chi Yu's embrace, "What's taken care of?"

Chi Yu turned on the car radio, and Song Luokui soon heard: "Breaking news, Abude Mandela, the head of the Mandela Family, has been in a severe car accident and is in critical condition..."

Song Luokui looked at Chi Yu, "Was it..."

Chi Yu played with her hand, "No, he has too many enemies. I merely gave things a push."

Although Chi Yu said it lightly, the complexity was evident. As the male lead, he handled everything with ease.

Chi Yu: "We can go out and play tomorrow. Where would you like to go?"

Song Luokui: "I want to buy gifts for everyone."

Chi Yu pondered, "I can have the local specialties delivered. Tomorrow, we can go somewhere else to play." He knelt down, removed her shoes, and massaged her feet on his thigh. "Wearing high heels is tiring."

Song Luokui hadn't realized it earlier, but now that the danger had passed, she felt the ache in her legs.

"So, where would you like us to go play? Anywhere you say is fine."

Chi Yu looked up at her with a smile, "Not afraid I'll sell you?"

Song Luokui huffed, "I'm not worth anything."

Chi Yu: "You are a priceless treasure."

They returned to the villa, leaving the other cars and people to be dealt with by Chi Yu's subordinates. He only needed to focus on the outcome.

Back at the villa, Song Luokui went to take a shower while Chi Yu arranged the next steps with Nan in the living room.

"Boss, how should we handle Mandela's eldest son?"

Chi Yu: "Same as before. Was the previous incident related to the mainland?"

"Yes, we traced it to several companies there."

Chi Yu: "Give me the list."

"Yes."

...After Song Luokui finished her shower, Chi Yu had come upstairs carrying food. "You didn't eat much at the banquet. Would you like some more?"

Song Luokui walked over, "Yes, thank you."

The next day, to Song Luokui's surprise, Chi Yu took her to a casino. She frowned at him, "Gambling isn't good."

Chi Yu pulled her close as they entered, "I know, just for fun. Nothing big."

Song Luokui: "Alright then."

Chi Yu exchanged for chips and led her to try various games, winning some and losing some, but overall winning more. Song Luokui thought about leaving, lest they lose everything.

Instead, Chi Yu brought her to a private room where a man in a blue suit stood to greet them, complimenting Song Luokui's beauty and how well she matched Chi Yu.

Chi Yu was pleased and had Song Luokui sit at one end of the table while the blue-suited man took the other end. Song Luokui immediately sensed they were about to gamble big.

Sure enough, when asked how many chips to exchange, Chi Yu casually said one billion.

Song Luokui's eyes widened as she stared at him. So much for "just for fun"? Spending a billion was not her definition of playing around, considering she had thought tossing out a few thousand earlier was already playing.

Chi Yu stroked her head, "Want to play together?"

Song Luokui felt she couldn't bear the pressure of losing a billion, even though she could afford it. The thought of losing that much for no reason pained her.

"You play, I'll just watch."

Chi Yu didn't insist. Soon, the dealer asked if they were ready, and Chi Yu nodded. The dealer began shuffling and dealing cards.

A simple high-stakes game - highest hand wins, with a straight flush being the best and a high card the worst.

The dealer first gave them hole cards, then one more card each. Chi Yu's side had the nine of hearts, while the opponent had the three of diamonds.

"Please declare," said the dealer.

Chi Yu looked at Song Luokui, "How much do you want to bet?"

Song Luokui held up one finger.

Chi Yu: "Alright, ten million then."

Song Luokui: ...She meant one million, but oh well. She had mentally prepared to lose a billion anyway.

The other side called the ten million bet.

The dealer continued dealing until each hand had three cards. Chi Yu's side had the ten of hearts, jack of hearts, and queen of hearts. The opponent had the four, five, and six of diamonds.

Chi Yu tapped his hole cards, offering them to Song Luokui, "Want to take a look?"

Song Luokui: "What if I see them and you don't like it?"

Chi Yu chuckled, "It's fine, just playing."

Song Luokui took a peek, and her eyes widened in delight. If there were no issues, they would win.

Chi Yu didn't need to look at his hole cards, already knowing he would win. He simply revealed them.

The opponent chuckled upon seeing Chi Yu's hand, "It seems Mr. Chi has won."

The opponent directly pushed one million chips to Song Luokui's side of the table. The game continued.

In the second round, Chi Yu went all-in with fifty million, and Song Luokui touched the hole cards for luck, but she lost.

Song Luokui pouted, "Next time I won't touch them."

Chi Yu consoled her, "Perhaps we lost a little to win a bigger prize."

In the third round, Chi Yu persuaded Song Luokui to touch the hole cards again, and this time he went all-in with everything he had left. The opponent called.

Song Luokui was very nervous. If they lost, they would lose one hundred million, but if they won, they would gain one hundred million.

The opponent revealed his hole cards first, showing three of a kind with one pair. Chi Yu's side currently had three of a kind with one card left.

Chi Yu peeked at the last card and looked at Song Luokui, "You are my lucky goddess."

The last card was revealed, making it four of a kind with one kicker, and they won.

At first, Song Luokui couldn't believe it, then she exclaimed: "We won!" She immediately hugged Chi Yu.

Chi Yu hugged her back joyfully, "Yes, that's why you are my lucky goddess."
