The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse

Chapter 823 - 823: Nirvana and Fury

Inside Klaus’s soul sea, he stood 1 km away from two large eggs, one red and the other white. He was using his consciousness to observe the transformation of his dragons.

At his current level of elemental cultivation, his flame elements were at the Transformation stage. However, as he continued to absorb the genesis flame from Lunara, he could sense this level rising toward the Immunity stage.

This meant that if he succeeded and was able to get two dragons with spirits in them, the chances of him having two talking dragons that could evolve on their own were very high.

This would do so much for Klaus that he had no idea of.

An hour and a half went by, and as he approached the two-hour mark, he could tell Lunara was getting exhausted, yet she persisted.

“You can stop now, Lunara,” Klaus said, but she just smiled at him.

“I like it when you call me Lunara. Don’t add the ‘queen’ to it from now on.”

“Too bad, I kinda like the queen. Makes me feel like I have a queen,” Klaus said, watching her continue to push through despite the apparent fatigue setting in.

“You can stop, Lunara. I don’t want you to get hurt.” Klaus was worried; however, his worry was cut short when a sudden burst came from his soul sea, flooding the entire space with dense infernal energy.

One was of rebirth and the other of fury, showing that his two flames, the Chaotic Nirvana Flame and Soul Fury Flames, had transcended and formed spirits.

When the explosion calmed down, Klaus was drawn to two adorable baby dragons. One was pure orange, and the other was pure white.

They were so elegant and beautiful that Klaus, who was watching them with one part of his hive mind, wanted to approach them. However, he stopped when a sudden burst of energy came out of their bodies, and they vanished.

On the outside, they appeared in the air, cuddling into a ball of cuteness. Orange and white flames were circulating around their bodies.

“You did it, Lunara.” Klaus was suddenly assaulted with a wave of happiness, almost jumping up and down, watching the two dragon babies in the air.

“Congratulations, Klaus,” Lunara said before falling from the air, exhausted. Klaus was quick to catch her, and then, with a gentle stomp on the ground, a fortress formed around them.

“Rest for now, Lunara. I will make it up to you when you wake up,” Klaus said before vanishing back to watch over the dragons.

Inside the forest, Lunara smiled, and before falling asleep, she muttered a few words and a name, “It’s good to see you smile, Magnus.”

A red key made of flames appeared on her forehead for a few seconds before vanishing. On Klaus’s back, a flame key appeared in the 7th star tattoo, radiating for a few seconds before it dimmed.

A promise was made millions of years ago, and it has been fulfilled today.

However, while the enemy keeps scheming and plotting, destiny is weaving its threads this time to ensure that the tragedy that nearly befell this universe millions of years ago never happens again.

On the outside, Klaus stood calmly, watching the two dragon babies for 34 hours until a powerful energy suddenly burst out of their bodies.

Then they turned into two energy beams and flew, entering Klaus’s left and right arms. The moment they did, Klaus felt his energy rise rapidly. When it stopped, he felt his flame energy reach a new level.

“I am at the Immunity stage—the first level, which is the Initiate.” Klaus laughed, then brushed his arm.

The baby dragons appeared and hovered before him. Klaus observed them for a few seconds and then spoke.

“Can you two talk?” He most definitely wanted to ask that since Lunara said she was upgrading them. However, now that it was done and he asked, the dragon babies remained still, staring at him.

“Maybe they can’t speak human language,” Klaus muttered, then, as if he knew what to do, he tapped into the universe’s enigmatic ability and spoke in a dragon’s tone.

(A/N: Of course, I will translate it for you all.)

“Can you two speak?” He asked in Draconic language.

This time, the dragons made a sound…

“Daddy,” the white one said.

“Daddy,” the orange one followed.

Klaus’s body shuddered hearing them talk.

“YES!” He punched the air, neglecting the fact that his strength was now at a different level. This casual punch created a huge sonic boom that sent red sand flying everywhere.

“Sorry, little ones, I was just too excited,” Klaus said, watching as the two dragon babies turned and looked at the damage he had caused.

“Daddy,” they said.

“Yes… I am daddy. Mommy is asleep now.” Klaus didn’t fail to instill the idea that they had a mommy, too. Knowing they were babies, he made sure they were aware.

“Mommy.” Suddenly, the orange dragon flew toward the fortress where Lunara stood, watching Klaus and the dragon.

“She is heavy,” Queen Lunara said, holding the dragon in her arms.

Klaus wasn’t shocked by the fact that she was awake. He sensed her waking up a few hours ago.

“How did you know it’s a she?” he asked

“She is a she because I am a woman and I can tell. The white one is a he,” Lunara said, walking toward Klaus. “Do you have names for them?”

“Of course. She is called Nirvana and he is called Fury,” Klaus said with a smile.

“Klaus, those are not names. Give them human or dragon names,” Lunara said with a smile. However, the orange dragon baby shook her head.

“Nirvana,” she said, causing Klaus to smile.

“Fury,” the white one also said.

“Unbelievable.” Lunara shook her head. “Congratulations on getting two dragons, Klaus. You have become even more powerful now.”

“They are our babies, Lunara, you and I. We made them.” Klaus was very happy that he moved toward Lunara and kissed her.

Strangely, the two baby dragons turned their heads away, not wanting to see what their mommy and daddy were doing.

“Go fly around, Mommy and Daddy have some things to talk about,” Lunara said. Nirvana and Fury didn’t hesitate to fly away.

The moment they were gone, Lunara jumped into Klaus’s arms and started kissing him passionately.
