"GLIS…! GLIIIIISSSSSSSS!!"

Rafinha dashed straight toward Inglis, throwing herself into her arms with full force.

The momentum was so strong that the Sarcophagus of Greyfriar she was carrying nearly slipped from Inglis's grasp.

"Rani, I'm sorry to have left for so long. Are you okay?"

Rafinha, clinging to Inglis from behind, said nothing but shook her head vigorously.

She couldn’t put it into words.

Her shoulders trembled, and faint, voiceless sobs escaped her lips. Inglis could feel tears soaking into the spot where Rafinha buried her face.

Rafinha was likely holding back, forcing herself not to cry out loud.

She probably believed this wasn’t the time to break down. The younger Rafinha would’ve burst into tears and clung tightly to Inglis the moment she returned after being missing for so long, but now she had grown.

"…I need to reflect, huh? I’m supposed to be the one who doesn’t forgive anyone who makes you cry, yet here I am, making you cry myself—what a failure of a squire."

"I-I’b not cwyying! (I-I’m not crying!)"

Her hiccups hadn’t subsided, leaving her words a bit muddled.

"Leone, Liselotte, what’s the situation?"

Inglis turned to Leone and Liselotte and asked.

"Miss Vilma was taken away, and the dragon machine won’t move. Everyone’s stuck here on Illuminas! Then General Maxwell and Tiffany came back and started attacking us!"

"Also, there’s the sea devil… the Prisma and now the Prism Flow too!"

It seemed like quite the tangled situation.

Well, smashing things with the Sarcophagus of Greyfriar was a good start, at least.

"…It’s quite lively and sounds fun, doesn’t it?"

““It’s NOT FUN””

Leone and Liselotte scolded her in unison.

At that moment, a loud voice echoed from the distance.

"Ahahahahahaha! You think that was enough to take me down? I’LL FINISH YOU FOR GOOD THIS TIME! INGLIS EEUUUUXXXXXX!!"

The booming voice echoed over the waves, accompanied by the sight of the faceless giant returning, riding atop the Prisma.

"Wha…!?"

Rafinha gasped, her focus instantly drawn to the scene.

"He’s riding the Prisma!?"

"That’s absurd! Controlling something like that is impossible…!"

"An impressive display of skill."

Inglis offered the faceless giant a serene smile.

"But allow me to say one thing… Because of you, I ended up making Rani cry."

She placed the Sarcophagus of Greyfriar on the ground with a heavy thud, sending tremors through the earth.

"That’s why… I won’t forgive you."

Her voice dropped to a menacing low, her gaze radiating murderous intent that pierced the giant.

"Wh-what…!?"

The faceless giant visibly flinched, freezing for a moment. Even the Prisma, sensing the tension, halted its movements.

Just then, the ground beneath Inglis and the others, the land of Illuminas, began to tremble with small vibrations.

With a loud creak, the coastline sank a level deeper into the ocean.

"Wha… what!?"

"This is bad. That’s the second one."

"The second… what!?"

"It’s sinking. If this keeps up, all of Illuminas will go under. Maybe it’s because I brought this thing?"

Inglis casually patted the stone walls of the Sarcophagus of Greyfriar.

The massive sarcophagus loomed above them, its sheer weight unimaginable. Illuminas, already wounded, was collapsing under the sudden burden.

"Wh-what!? No way! Get rid of it now!"

"Wait, Rafinha! That sarcophagus contains Lady Eris!"

"And also the Imperial Princess of Venefique!"

"Ah…! Th-that’s right! We can’t just… then what do we do? What should we do!?"

Rafinha clutched her head, her panic was evident.

"What do we do!? The Prism Flow won’t stop, and neither will Illuminas’ sinking!"

"Perhaps we should take Mais and evacuate…?"

"Is that really our only option? Glis, what do we do!?"

Rafinha turned desperate, pleading eyes to Inglis.

Faced with such an expression from the adorable Rafinha, Inglis couldn’t refuse her.

More importantly, she was grateful to have the strength to respond in this situation.

Placing a reassuring hand on Rafinha’s shoulder, Inglis offered her a bright, confident smile.

"It’s okay, Rani. Leave it all to me, alright?"

"Really!? You can fix this!?"

"Yup. So, Rani, Leone, Liselotte—make sure to keep your feet on the ground, okay? Don’t fly. And everyone else, please don’t leave Illuminas! Stay exactly where you are!"

After calling out to everyone, Inglis knelt on one knee and placed her hand on the ground.

The Sarcophagus of Greyfriar could have its entrance opened from the outside, but it was impossible to destroy it or open an exit from the inside.

That fact remained unchanged—Inglis neither destroyed the sarcophagus nor opened an exit.

Thus, the sarcophagus stood intact, unharmed, still resting before them.

But how had Inglis emerged from the Sarcophagus of Greyfriar without destroying it or opening an exit?

While confined within, Inglis devoted herself to relentless training and mastery. By the time she achieved her goal, her body had returned to its 16-year-old adult form.

Or rather, it might be more accurate to say her body hadn’t “returned.” The regression to a child’s form had never been reversed; instead, her youthful body had matured over time until it caught up to her original age.

That training, spanning an unimaginable length of time, had now borne fruit—ready to be unveiled!

A high-pitched HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNN echoed as light began to emanate from Inglis’s hand, spreading outward across the ground in a circular ripple, as though waves were coursing over a water’s surface.

The light extended across the entirety of Illuminas, now reduced to a small island, enveloping it in a dazzling glow.

"Ah…! Th-this is…!"

Recognizing the phenomenon, Rafinha’s voice trembled with astonishment.

Indeed, Rafinha had seen this power a few times before, though never when Inglis was alone. This was a first.

"A mere bluff! DIVINE PUNISHMENT SHALL BEFALL YOUUUUU!!!!"

From high above the water, the Prisma nd the Faceless Giant leapt in a magnificent arc, aiming to strike.

"My apologies; parting is such sweet sorrow, but… fare thee well," Inglis said with a graceful smile directed at her adversaries.

In an instant, the entire view distorted, then abruptly shifted.

Splashhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Massive waves surged up all around Illuminas, as though something enormous had suddenly been hurled into the sea.

The waves spilled over the shores, flooding pathways and rocking anchored ships violently. Some water even splashed onto houses along the waterfront—though it might have been a bit inconsiderate, at least no buildings appeared to have collapsed. Hopefully, the Highlanders would forgive her for it.

"Ahhhhhh!"

"Wh-what just happened!?"

"This place…!"

It wasn’t just Inglis and her group who experienced the sudden shift in perspective. Everyone on Illuminas did.

What now appeared before everyone was—

"Huh…!? This is Vault Lake! We’re in the Royal Capital!"

"It really is! I can see the Dock and the Knight Academy!"

"Th-then, we moved all the way from the Shaker Open Seas to the royal capital in an instant!?"

"Yep, we did," Inglis affirmed.

Gods do not traverse the world by simply moving swiftly and powerfully; they rewrite the very laws of the world itself.

Instead of taking a faster or stronger step within the confines of reality, they redefine reality so that their step becomes infinitely fast and immeasurably powerful.

This is the Gods’ means of travel—Divine Feat.
