The First Store System

Chapter 1609: The Third Characteristics!

Aakesh looked at the details on the card and nodded. The cultivation level for that level of beast was set at the early Sacred Creator level.

At the same time, the beast at that level could refuse the user’s contract even if the user won the taming battle. There would be different ways for the user to get a contract even if they lost the taming battle.

It didn’t mean that the taming battle had become useless, but there weren’t many figures in the entire dimension that could win the taming battle against a beast of that level from the store.

Aakesh then returned the card and finally focused on the new changes that had occurred due to the new addition.

The first clear change was the addition of a third pillar, and with that, the space expanded severalfold.

The third pillar looked different from the other two pillars as it was wider and gave a sense of pressure. New beast murals had also appeared on the wall, drawing majestic beasts of the Primordial Dimension.

There were also changes in the summoning time of the pillars. For the first pillar, the summoning time had shortened to one second, while for the second pillar, the time had been shortened to 3 seconds. As for the third pillar, it had the longest summoning time of 15 seconds.

There was no change in the summoning cost of the two pillars, and for the new pillar, the basic summoning cost was 1 supreme Sacred stone which would see a ten-fold growth with every passing sequence.

Aakesh then returned his focus to the newly added pillar since with every new pillar, there was a unique characteristic associated with it.

The first pillar could hatch the eggs; the second had healing ability. With the addition of the third pillar, the skills of the former pillars also saw a boost.

Even though the first pillar could only summon beasts up to the Divine Lord level, it could hatch even the Sacred Creator level eggs if they existed in the Sacred Dimension.

For eggs with cultivations between early and peak Sacred King, the hatching would cost a sum of fifty ultimate Sacred stones.

For eggs with cultivations between early and peak Sacred Emperor, the hatching would cost a sum of fifty thousand ultimate Sacred stones.

For eggs with cultivations between early and peak Sacred Monarch, the hatching would cost a sum of fifty million ultimate Sacred stones.

For eggs with cultivations at the early Sacred Creator, the hatching would cost a sum of fifty billion supreme Sacred stones.

There had been no known existence of a Sacred Creator level beast egg in the known history of the Sacred Dimension, so that feature was most probably only there if there was some exception.

The cost of hatching was very low compared to the prices of the beasts sold in the store. Even the worst Sacred King level beast would be sold for millions of ultimate Sacred stones, but the hatching cost was only a small sum of fifty ultimate Sacred stones.

But since the cost to hatch was lower, the time to hatch had grown. Depending on the beast and its cultivation level, the hatching could take place anywhere between years and centuries.

The second pillar also saw a similar boost, and its healing characteristics grew to a level where beasts could be saved as long as even a sliver of consciousness existed.

It was also a significant improvement since many customers had lost their beasts during the years. Now if users stored a part of their consciousness somewhere, the beasts could be recovered with the help of the store, increasing their utility to cultivators even more.

It wasn’t a revival in the sense that if someone destroyed the consciousness-carrying object, the beast would be permanently dead.

Aakesh then returned his focus to the third pillar to check what its characteristics were. He hoped for the revival, as that would exponentially increase the value of the beasts sold in the store even when they were already that much in demand.

The next moment, a blue screen containing the details of the characteristics popped before him.

Aakesh couldn’t help but raise his eyes in surprise when he read the details.

[Characteristics: Bloodline Evolution…]

Every race in the existing cosmos had some connection to many other races. There were only three standalone races in the cosmos and some beings that were unique creatures, like Epochal Feline.

Many in the beast group follow a relationship with some other beast group that might be in the same group of beast types but also from different beast types.

There were no issues in bloodline transformation when it came to bloodlines from the same beast types, but genes that belonged to different types usually got suppressed for many reasons.

The characteristic of the third pillar was there to avoid that feature. With a price, the user could increase the bloodline of their choice in their beast. The pillar both added and deleted to enhance the beast’s capabilities.

There was only one limit to the ability: it didn’t allow the addition of a new bloodline to the group. Only those genes that were present in the beast’s bloodline could be added. The minimum requirement for that was 0.001% bloodline. Anything lower than that, and that bloodline wouldn’t be shown in the choice section.

Different bloodlines had different prices, and what was shocking was that there were some bloodlines belonging to creatures from the Primordial dimension. Those weren’t the top predators, but even the weakest creature from that dimension carried a stronger bloodline than even the strongest native creature of the Sacred dimension. Continue reading on

Like the other two pillars, the bloodline ability had been added for every level of beasts, but some bloodlines had cultivation requirements.

Any bloodline from the Primordial dimension could only be merged into a beast at Sacred Emperor or higher cultivation. There was also a limit in concentration, as the maximum it could be added to the bloodline was 0.1%, and that too at the cost of a fortune.

Even though the cost was exaggeratedly high, Aakesh didn’t feel it was high at all. Even a 0.01% blood concentration of a creature from the Primordial dimension would add automatic wings to a creature. The talent would see such a boost that it would be unprecedented, and so the cost was acceptable.

There would be an issue if the system added quests related to that, as only a few in the entire dimension could afford that kind of sum.
