The Sun Hurts (2)
One of the Alterstale triggered a magic tool that cut off sound from the surrounding.
After forestalling the disturbance, the captain ordered, “Kill him!”
Alterstale pulled out a weapon and began to attack Raondell.
Frightened, he also unsheathed his long sword attached to his waist.
“Oh, my gosh!”
He conjured his Force and performed Magic Swordsmanship techniques. Soon, however, he was driven back mercilessly.
Raondell was a level 41 Magic Swordsman at the most.
Although he had leveled up a little more, he couldn’t was no match for them.
Yet, for a moment, the Alterstale dealt with him as carefully as they could.
“Be careful!”
“We don’t know when he would return to his original form!”
Raondell was quite a major figure in Allendia.
Wasn’t he once the third prince of Atransas, the previous royal family of the Fairy Kingdom?
If it were Einstale, they would’ve kept information about him, but unfortunately, Alterstale was only meant to be a reserve force…
“Don’t give him a gap!”
“Don’t rush! Kill him without errors!”
They didn’t question their judgment, and they just kept attacking.
“Gosh! Gosh! Gosh!”
Raondell’s whole body was instantly covered in blood, causing him to cry out.
“Why? Why! Why?”
“I see, you’re inarticulate in your speech. If so, then you must be the target!”
The injustice was piercing the sky.
No matter how eloquent he was, wasn’t it normal to be speechless when a dark blade flew in front of his eyes?
Of course, Raondell was no longer in a position to think that coherently.
It was unfair, and it was tearful. It was scary enough to make him cry…
He struggled with tears and a runny nose, causing him to blabber, but what came eventually came…
Flurries!
The flame magic sword cut off his arms from under his wrists.
The severed hands were engulfed in flames and turned into black ash.
“Ahhhhhhhh!”
In excruciating pain, Raondell rolled on the ground.
“Good!”
“Finish him!”
The Alterstale rushed in to end his life.
Boom!
A huge sword fell and stood in their way with an explosion.
Frightened, the Alterstale instinctively backed down.
“Huh?”
“This sword!”
It was familiar.
The ignorant big one, which had been cutting a lot of their allies lately…
“What are you all doing here?”
There was a loud voice coming from behind.
“I couldn’t sleep, so I thought I’d take a walk…”
A gigantic muscular warrior approached at a relaxed pace.
He tilted his head, alternating between the fallen Raondell and the surrounded Alterstale.
“What the hell is going on, man?”
The Alterstale memebers turned pale.
“Sword King Felard!”
At the same time, they abandoned the idea of going back alive.
The opponent was one of the Top Four and the strongest Aura user on the ground.
The result was obvious even if they flew and ran.
But they couldn’t surrender.
When they were captured and questioned, the identity of their hidden allies would also be revealed.
They wouldn’t be able to report that they had dealt with ‘the Pitch-Black Nightmare’ in the main camp.
Alterstale glanced at the fallen Raondell.
‘Although we couldn’t cut your throat…’
‘We cut off your arms…’
‘Even if you go back to being a Wyvern, you’ll no longer have your wings.’
No matter how powerful spiritual healing arts were, it would take at least a couple of months to regenerate a missing limb.
At least they couldn’t use the Wyvern anymore in the current war.
‘Mission accomplished!’
Looking at each other, the Alterstale members became determined.
They took out bottles of poison and poured them into their mouth.
“You’ve only given me one shot, Sword King!”
“And now you’re done, too.”
“Long live Kaldris!”
“Hahaha!”
They collapsed one by one with a cry close to death.
Looking at those who were dying with foam at their mouths, Ryu Han-bin just blinked in confusion.
“…?”
He couldn’t understand the situation at all.
‘What did I do?’
All he did was throw his sword and asked what had happened.
Then they suddenly killed themselves after poisoning themselves?
“They died of great delight…”
Han-bin looked back at the fallen young Elf.
“What’s that got to do with him?”
Raondel’s life wasn’t affected even though he lost both arms.
Since the wound had been burnt, excessive bleeding was avoided.
He was tearing up with a face full of injustice.
“Waah…”

Upon hearing the news that the Kaldris-Mado Alliance had killed the Pitch-Black Nightmare, the command immediately began to verify its authenticity.
After receiving a magic video from the Alterstale unit, who didn’t return alive, all the information would be cross-validated by mobilizing spies who were still infiltrating Fort Fieldrocks.
“As expected…”
“It’s true.”
Looking at the young blond Elf in the video, the leaders of both countries were confident.
Latna’s Dragons could change into Elves as well as humans. Hence, there was nothing strange about the opponent being an Elf.
The same was true of having blond hair.
Blue Dragons or green Dragons didn’t wear blue or green hair.
It wasn’t enough to call him anchored down if it took a little while, but it was clear that he was at least the stupidest among the people around the Sword King’s party.
It was fully understandable that geniuses like Garhan would be no different from anchors.
“All the conditions fit.”
“That blond Elf is the human form of the Pitch-Black Nightmare!”
Of course, if Upper Draconium were present, they would have posed a more fundamental question.
-That Elf lad is the Pitch-Black Nightmare? That was a female Wyvern?
However, as Ryu Han-bin did in the past, the distinction between the male and female members of the Wyverns couldn’t usually be determined by anyone other than those belonging to the Dragon race.
“It would have been better if they had killed him…”
“Still, he can’t fly anymore since his arms have been cut off.”
Tonitrus looked back at the conference barracks and shone.
“We finally have a chance to turn the tables around! Let’s mobilize the Upper Draconium and crush our enemies all at once!”

The next morning.
The formation of the Kaldris and Mado Kingdom troops had changed.
Most troops would be deployed forward and ready to launch an all-out offensive, giving up the defense against the rear.
Leon Hart’s expression slightly hardened.
‘What’s going on?’
So far, the enemy hadn’t put all their energy into any attacks.
To deal with Effir, who had protected the fort, and Han-bin’s party’s detached troops from the outskirts at the same time, some of the troops had to always be guarding the main camp.
‘But you’re suddenly ready for all-out attack?’
That was a precarious formation in which the entire army would collapse if they were counterattacked from behind.
‘I can’t believe you took that formation knowing that Effir’s over here…’
Then an impossible situation occurred.
“Growl!”
“Growl!”
Ancient Dragons began to fly from beyond the field with deafening roars.
Dozens of reptilian beasts appeared on the other side of the sky, revealing their magnificence. The Allendia troops of Fort Fieldrocks laughed.
“Huh? Are those Dragons?”
“They normally would’ve been scary, but…”
“There’s nothing to be afraid of now!”
“You’re going to fall naked again anyway, aren’t you?”
On the other hand, Han-bin’s party was as nervous as they could be.
That number was close to the full power of the Upper Draconium’s Ancient Dragons.
If they had been beaten and came out like that, that meant they had a strong faith in their strategy!
“Damn it!”
“Maybe they’ve come up with a plan against the Polymorph Necklace?”
“We are in trouble.”
Regardless, they couldn’t just wait for being beaten.
The Allendia army was also ready for battle.
Ryu Han-bin and Leon Hart, and all the highest-leveled combatants, including Kibie, Templar Lords, and the Allendia Corps, led soldiers to battle.
The horns of the march rang out from both sides of the Kaldris and the Mado Kingdoms.
“All troops, move forward!”
Tens of thousands of troops rocking the earth’s axis charged towards the fort.
The flag was also raised on Allendia’s side.
“All troops, stand your ground and fight back!”
Skirmishes soon erupted all over the castle.
“Ahhhhhhh!”
Ryu Han-bin glanced up at the sky, swinging hard and cutting down his enemy.
The Ancient Dragons of Upper Draconium hadn’t yet flown toward the fort. They were hovering slowly in the air a long-distance away.
“Maybe they’re trying to lure Effir?”
Kibie shook her head at Han-bin’s question.
“There’s no way she will be attracted.”
Effir wasn’t an idiot. She wouldn’t leave the fort to catch those Ancient Dragons under their current circumstances.
She was engaged in combat with the enemy while maintaining her human form.
“I feel strange to go back to Wyvern. I’m afraid there’s going to be a trap.”
“I agree.”
Leon Hart nodded as he blew launched an Ectoplasmic Spear.
They didn’t know what their enemy was up to, so they shouldn’t be acting rashly.
“Let’s observe for now.”
* * *
The Supreme Commander of Kaldris, Tonitrus, burst into delight.
“Sure!”
He deliberately took the time to look at the situation, but the damn Wyvern didn’t fly.
In addition, the movement of the Allendia forces showed signs of embarrassment.
“We’ve succeeded in getting rid of him!”
Then there was nothing more to be desired.
“Send an attack signal to the Upper Draconium!”
The Ancient Dragons hovering in the distance began to fly into the fort in unison.
The sight of dozens of fearsome ancient beings flying at once was truly majestic.
At the same time, the cries of commanders from all directions.
“No more Pitch-Black Nightmare!”
“Everyone, take it easy and charge!”
The soldiers of the Mado and Kaldris Kingdoms burst into cheers.
“Wow!”
Dozens of the Ancient Dragons quickly took over Fort Fieldrocks.
They opened their mouth one by one, casting deep shadows all over the castle.
“Unless there’s a Polymorph Necklace!”
“This human fortress…”
“Is a piece of cake!”
It was just as the Ancient Dragons were trying to spew their Breaths.
Their eyes opened wide.
“Gosh!”
A silver-maned Wyvern was flying up from one of the towers.
“That can’t be!”
“I thought she’d been dealt with?”
Effir flew quickly through them as they were bewildered.
A dazzling light gathered around her.
-Activate, Polymorph Necklace!
Ten of them were turned into naked humans and began to fall.
“Argh!”
“I don’t have a survival kit!”
Effir blinked.
“What?”
Of course, she thought they would have taken measures against the Polymorph Necklace.
She couldn’t help but check it out, so she tried to experiment. If something was wrong, she could just vanish right away anyway.
“… It’s working well?”
Artis, on his back, answered seriously.
“Don’t let your guard down, Effir. Do you think they’ll do something like that without thinking? There must be an ulterior motive.”
“That’s true.”
Nervously, she flew again among her winged opponents.
Naked humans continued to rain down.
“… They don’t seem to have any ulterior motives?”
“It looks like it on the outside, but there has to be a trap.”
She repeated the same action repeatedly, causing naked men and women to appear out of thin air.
“Ugh!”
“Foolish human beings!”
“That Wyvern is fine!”
Falling Ancient Dragons gritted their teeth and frowned.
“… They look like they’ve been treated unfairly.”
“Hey, it must be an act.”
Effir continued to stir the air above the fort, and a few minutes later…
“I shot them all down.”
“…”
Artis, who hadn’t spoken for a long time, managed to finally speak up.
“What did those bastards do?”
