Fenrir might be challenging her head-on, but the real threat actually came from the side.

She had dispelled Mae’s attack, but Anubis still remained.

The scale Anubis had was much more dangerous than anything she could sense.

*Clack!*

The scale tilted to the side.

“!!!” Evelyn looked surprised because her body suddenly felt heavy. She extended her hand and clutched it, destroying the scale.

“Tsk.” Anubis retracted his power and retreated, waiting for another chance to weaken her.

Because she was too focused on Anubis, Fenrir could reach her and slapped her with his paw.

Evelyn raised her arm at the last moment, blocking this attack. She then skillfully leaped into the air while looping around his paw as she was manipulating the gravity on her body to make such an impossible curve.

She gathered her gravity in her foot before kicking Fenrir.

“!!!” Fenrir felt like his body was being distorted by her gravity power before that power expanded and flattened him before flying toward Nathan’s original position.

Qilin formed a translucent bagua vertically, but this time, it was just a simple barrier spell in the shape of a bagua. It held her attack for a second, giving him enough time to activate the real one to dispel her power.

In the end, the gravity kick dispersed, leaving a cracked barrier.

However, this kick actually made her notice something.

Nathan had disappeared. That was right. Nathan, who was supposed to be guarded by Qilin, had somehow disappeared from his position without her knowledge.

All of a sudden, she felt a threat coming from the right. Her instinct was telling her to get down, so she did.

Fortunately, she followed her instinct because a light beam flew past her, almost hitting her head.

If she looked at the distance, there was Nathan, standing on top of a branch. He hid among the trees and attacked her from far away while she was occupied with his familiars.

She thought she could somehow take advantage of her gravity to gain an advantage against Nathan, but she didn’t expect these beasts were this powerful.

The most dangerous ones were Fenrir, Anubis, and Nidhogg.

Despite being flattened earlier, Fenrir was able to recover just fine with Anubis’ help. Besides, Fenrir had become even more cunning than most of them in a battle, of course, not in his daily life.

The reason Nathan could escape without Evelyn realizing it was due to Fenrir covering her vision most of the time. He accurately tracked Nathan and positioned himself accordingly.

Still, Evelyn was much tougher than all the enemies they had faced so far. And it didn’t look like Evelyn was using all her strength.

An enormous amount of ena leaked out of Evelyn’s body. This amount of ena shook the ground. The crackling air gave them chills down their spines.

All seven divine beasts knew Evelyn was getting serious. This was the power of a hero in their previous world.

Evelyn lifted up her fingers.

“!!!” The entire area shook violently as all the divine beasts felt their bodies being lifted up by an invisible force without them being able to do anything. In fact, all the trees, rocks, and even the top layer of earth started to go up.

“Qilin!” Fenrir shouted in panic.

“I’m working on it! Heaven, Earth, Mountain.”

Evelyn seemed to have realized the flaw in Qilin’s method. By adding the soil, rock, and tree, Qilin had no choice but to increase the amount of elements to neutralize them, resulting in the delay in his power.

By the time he finished, Evelyn had already gathered enough ena in her fist. “Imperial Style Martial Art, Emperor Fist.”

“Not good!” Fenrir hurriedly leaped toward it, trying to block the attack with his body. However, he was too late.

The gravity element contained in that fist flew forward, scraping the soil, breaking apart the trees, and shattering any rocks. It was as if a huge worm bulldozed everything in its path.

And this attack ran through the ground all the way to Nathan.

“Oh, shit.” Nathan hurriedly jumped away, but his reaction was not as fast as Fenrir as he got hit at the edge of the attack and got blasted away.

Mae hurriedly sent forth her tails as vines emerged from Evelyn’s feet, covering her.

Jinwu and Nidhogg released their attacks at the same time, blasting Evelyn from above. At the same time, Peng used his wind to harmonize their abilities to make an even more powerful attack.

Evelyn’s eyes shone as she raised both arms. Their joint attack curved as though they were being refracted like that of a light.

However, Evelyn didn’t use her gravity to create an effect similar to that of a black hole. Instead, she just shifted the trajectory enough to hit the ground, using the flame to burn the vines.

It was supposed to be an illusion, but Nidhogg’s flame caused the illusion to be chaotic and ultimately dispelled her illusion. Meanwhile, Evelyn spread her arms to disperse the remaining flame.

The flame would definitely reach these divine beasts.

This was the exact time for Nathan to show up again. In fact, he had been preparing for quite some time.

128 bullets spread all over the forest without hitting a single tree. They scattered and approached Evelyn as though they were alive. Before Evelyn shifted back her focus, the 128 bullets had emerged from the nearest gap between trees and flew toward her.

All of them moved at the same time, forcing Evelyn to use the same ability just to deflect them.

When these bullets were about to curve, they emitted a faint light before exploding, not only neutralizing the dispersing flame but also engulfing Evelyn.

As if knowing what kind of attack was coming, all divine beasts had moved back, maintaining enough distance where they wouldn’t get hit by those bullets.

It was Bella’s turn to be surprised because the moment the dust settled down, she saw Evelyn hiding inside her own barrier. More importantly, the barrier was cracked heavily, as though it could shatter with just a single touch.

The reason Nathan’s attack packed so much punch was simply because Qilin activated his ability at the last moment. It wasn’t enough to neutralize the barrier, but it was enough to weaken it severely.

And Fenrir emerged from the dust cloud with a huge smile on his face.

“Surprise!” Fenrir waved both paws, shattering her barrier.
