Lucas paused for a moment and said, “The humans don’t stand a chance against the aliens.”
“!!!” Rood and Evelyn couldn’t help but furrow their eyebrows. Rood denied it completely. “We are able to fight against the aliens. If not, we would have been wiped out a long time ago.”
“That’s merely because the aliens are holding back.” Lucas paused again. “After knowing about the new summoner classification, it’s clear that humans don’t stand a chance.
“With the new classification, new summoners are said to be equal to proto-class aliens. Then, elite summoners are considered to be the same as the juvenile class, master level is equal to mature class alien, and grandmaster level is similar to a warrior class alien.
“That means an arcane level summoner is similar to that of an elite class alien. It requires several elite class aliens to surround a world class summoner and kill it.
“However, the aliens also have beings equal to that of a world class summoner. The people have even been speculating about their existence… the existence of the alpha class alien.”
“!!!” Rood opened his mouth but no words could come out. There was indeed a discussion among them regarding this topic. That kind of talk was only possible because the aliens had shown enough number of elite class aliens, which made them realize the possibility of something stronger.
“But the aliens don’t stop there. There are even more powerful beings among them… Those aliens might be equal to a level that no summoner has ever reached, the divine level summoner.”
Rood was shaken by this information. They didn’t even have a divine level summoner, so could they stand a chance against that kind of alien?
“That’s impossible.” Rood gritted his teeth. “We haven’t even seen an alpha class alien yet, let alone an apex class!”
“The world has seen it at least once. The alien said so. And there will definitely be a battle between humans and aliens to the point where that war will destroy this world. The aliens call it, Summoners War.”
“What did you say…” Rood dropped his jaw to the ground. This time, every single sentence shocked him. The world had seen an apex class alien? The alien said so? Summoners War?
“That’s impossible. We can’t even communicate with aliens!” Rood clenched his fists.
Nathan’s expression turned grim. “The world has indeed seen it at least once, the existence beyond those alpha class aliens… an apex class alien, or maybe… the aliens call themselves… Outer Gods.”
“!!!” Rood and Evelyn turned to Nathan in shock this time. “Outer Gods?”
Anubis squinted his eyes, recalling the information that Nathan once told them about the aliens.
Since it was something similar to him, it meant that the information was accurate.
“How do you know…” Lucas sounded surprised.
“How do you know that information? What do you know?” Rood desperately asked. This kind of information was simply too shocking.
Nathan remained silent while Anubis came to the rescue. “We did talk about it once. The ruler of the aliens, Outer Gods. The existence of the alien that created the portals to this world is one of the Outer Gods, Yog-Sothoth.”
“What did you say?” Rood was taken aback.
Even Evelyn couldn’t help but ask, “Have you known this information the whole time?”
Instead of Nathan, Anubis was the one responding to their reactions. “Shut your mouth, mortals. I’m talking to my summoner right now.”
Rood was bewildered by how big the tone of Nathan’s familiar was. However, Evelyn, after seeing everything Anubis could do, realized the reasons he called them mortals. Anubis might not be just an ordinary beast.
Even this domain was practically screaming his true identity… a divine beast. When she thought about it, she remembered how close Nathan’s familiars were. Each of them looked down at each other as though they were lower than them, but this could also mean one thing.
They believed they were better than each other, who were divine beasts. If that was the case, all of Nathan’s familiars might actually be divine beasts.
The moment Evelyn saw Nathan’s true strength, everything could be explained. Whether it was his strength, weird knowledge, or even his methods… If such divine beings taught him, it wouldn’t be weird for him to know all this.
Nathan was already considered unique for summoning beasts, but they might have underestimated Nathan the whole time. Nathan might be able to reach a level that no one had ever seen before.
With all the divine beasts helping him, Nathan might become the first divine level summoner in this world.
Anubis, on the other hand, didn’t care about their reactions as he continued, “Now that we’re on this topic, there’s something that bothers me. But I’m afraid I can’t speak it here.”
Nathan raised his eyebrows before pointing at his head, asking whether they should use the telepathy or not.
Anubis nodded in agreement. It seemed he asked Kun to transmit his words to other divine beasts as well.
He said, “Now that I have confirmed the existence of the Outer Gods, I feel like I can understand what it means to evolve once again.
“Summoner… Do you remember our levels and ena?”
Nathan closed his eyes. “Yes, I remember.”
“None of our levels reach past 1,000. The same applies to our ena. None of us have more than 100,000,000 ena, which is considered a divine level summoner.
“If divine level summoners are equal to their Outer Gods… I can’t help but come up with a wild theory.
“What if we go beyond our peak in the past, which means going beyond level 1,000 according to this world’s system? What if we evolve one more time by utilizing your Soul Contract? What if we gain more ena and go beyond 100,000,000 ena? If all those three conditions are fulfilled… Are we, gods, able to attain a much higher level comparable to Outer Gods? Are we… able to become True Gods?”
