Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?
Chapter 1668 1668: Attacking Another Blazing Ant Nest—–
At the end Justicio accepted Aquarina’s apology, mostly because he didn’t want to make her angry all over again. And well, he didn’t quite feel like it was unfair on his side after all, he deserved that punishment in a way, he destroyed a bunch of plants and made the villagers upset while being an outsider. And the whole thing was also his fault and that of Silvia… So he didn’t really resent Aquarina.
“It’s alright Aquarina, don’t get angry again…” Justicio sighed. “I do feel quite guilty for what I did, it was dumb and reckless.”
“It sure was…!” Aquarina sighed, patting his back. “Just don’t do it again, you have to respect other people and always mind your manners and how you use your abilities around them, okay?”
“Y-Yeah, I guess I wasn’t quite used to my own power yet, not so long ago I wasn’t even as strong as I am now,” he said. “It’s mostly thanks to you that I’ve attained such strength, so I’m really grateful.”
“Is that so? Heheh, you’re welcome,” Aquarina giggled, feeling flattered.
“No, Justicio isn’t the only one that should be blamed for what happened, it’s also my fault…” Silvia sighed. “I don’t know what took over us, but we really just went all-out for some dumb reason, we wanted to prove something… I think.”
“Um yeah…” Justicio sighed, looking a bit embarrassed. “But it’s whatever now, right? We’re good.”
“Y-Yeah!” Silvia nodded at Justicio.
Aquarina and Agua glanced at the pair while thinking that they made a really cute pair, although their shenanigans would end up killing them one day if they continued being this dumb.
“If you have something to say to each other, you don’t have to fight like that,” Aquarina explained, glancing at her friends. “Just find some time alone together and speak what’s inside your hearts. It’s not too hard, I’m sure it’ll help you two understand each other better.”
“E-Eh?” Silvia grew redder.
“W-Wait Aquarina, you’re misunderstanding something! W-We are just rivals, right?” Justicio asked.
“Y-Yeah!” Silvia nodded.
“Wow, they keep denying it, they’re really quite something…” Pyuku muttered by Aquarina’s side.
“Humans can really be rather helpless at times, huh?” Undine commented. “I truly don’t understand their emotions sometimes.”
“I suppose they like to keep them hidden because it causes them embarrassment, probably due to certain cultural things,” Pyuku wondered. “They should just be straightforward.”
“Hahah…” Aquarina laughed a bit. “Well, let them be I guess~ Agua, are you ready? I think we’re close right? I see a huge… a huge spire from here. Is that the nest?”
“Oh! Yeah, it is. Their shape and form varies all the time. It appears the ants built this one to resemble a huge tower! That is rather interesting…” Said Agua. “But I suppose it’ll go down even easier; we have to be careful. I think I have an idea already, would you let me take care of it?”
“S-Sure! Go ahead,” Aquarina nodded, hoping that even if she doesn’t touch the ants, she can still get some of the EXP. “I’ll help you out a bit if needed.”
“Thanks!”
Once they were finally in front of the nest, the group slowly approached it, finding it was being heavily guarded by a few dozen Giant Fire Ants Warrior Soldiers.
These Warrior Soldiers were a caste of these ants which were thrice as big, reaching heights of over ten meters, they had giant heads and even larger and sharper mandibles.
Their bodies were covered in crimson flames constantly as well, and they were able to release powerful fire breaths from their mandibles to attack from long distances.
“Alright, there’s around thirteen of those over there…” Aquarina said, inspecting them with the System’s help.
[Fire Giant Ant Warrior Soldiers (Tier 7)]
“They’re Tier 7? Wow they’re as strong as the Queen, huh?” Wondered Aquarina. “I wonder if the Queens are interconnected somehow? Maybe the rest learned that one of them died and they strengthened their defenses now.”
“Could be…” Agua said. “But I am not so sure what abilities these ants possess.”
“Well what I know is that they’re actually delicious,” Aquarina smiled while rubbing her hands. “Alright, I’ll take them down for you, it’ll be easy peasy! Come with me guys! Once they’re taken down, Agua will proceed with her plan and then we support her.”
“Sure, sounds fine to me,” Justicio nodded.
“I’m up for anything at this point!” Silvia said.
“I’ll help in anything I can,” Pyuku nodded.
“Alright!” Aquarina nodded, feeling happy to have her little group and being a leader. “Let’s do this!”
She charged forward straightforwardly, as the Ants immediately noticed her rushing towards them, she roared furiously, as their eyes glowed bright red, ready to defend the nest.
“RAAAAH!”
“SHYEEEK!”
They roared in unison as if trying to spook her out first. This wasn’t something normal, and it only meant they noticed her Aura was so stronger than theirs, so they simply wanted to solve this without a fight.
However, Aquarina wasn’t going to go around with that request, rushing forward, and encompassing her body with her powerful Dual Aura.
“{Divine Abyssal Frost Leviathan Double Aura}!”
FLUOSH!
Abyssal Darkness merged with flowing water and ice creating a storming freezing sea of abyssal miasma around her body, wrapping around her arms and legs as they were strengthened.
Her Aura then divided into several gigantic leviathan-like serpents made of black, purple, and blue ice, roaring ferociously, dividing into several more heads.
Resembling a hydra!
“{Abyssal Frost Hydra}!”
“ROOAARRR!”
The gigantic Hydra emerged from her soul, an embodiment of her raw power and magical energies merged into her Beast Aura.
The Hydras clashed against the ants charging against her, their giant jaws biting through the ants’ hard shells and breaking them one after another.
At the same time, they released freezing cold breath attacks of watery miasma, splashing over the Ants and making them weaker.
CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!
Several of the Ants already died after that, while the rest, trying to get to her, were quickly demolished not by her aura, but by her punching blows.
“{Abyssal Sea Fist Arts}: {Mountain-Splitting Abyssal Claws}!”
BAAAM! BAAAM! BAAAM!
With three powerful punches, several more Ants were sent flying away, covered in giant holes.
