Chapter 170: Steve Chapter 169
"You see, didn't he just learn to teleport?"
Seeing that Hawkeye suddenly disappeared, Fang Mo also became happy. He pointed to a puddle on the bed and said to Nick Fury, "Spread the word, Hawkeye wet himself out of extreme fear while I was operating on him."
"You... this..."
Nick Fury couldn't help but touch his forehead, "Seriously, for a moment I can't even tell who you're making fun of."
"The main goal is to damage Tony's confidence and tell him that even anesthesia won't work," Fang Mo explained. "Speaking of Tony, what has he been up to lately?"
"What else could he be doing?"
Nick Fury said, "Of course, he is dating his young girlfriend and also doing some charity work. He can't even spend all the money he has, so it's just to ease his own guilt."
"What about Pietro?"
Fang Mo asked.
"He should still be under surveillance," Nick Fury thought for a moment.
"Oh, I see."
Fang Mo nodded and then directly opened a portal, "Then I'll go take care of this matter first. Just stay here and don't move."
"What, you're coming back?"
Nick Fury asked.
"More or less," Fang Mo nodded, "I have to deal with the mess left by the Dark Elves and need to make contact with alien civilizations. But it's annoying to not have anyone to complain to along the way."
"Alien civilizations, huh?"
Nick Fury's eyes flickered slightly, not sure what he was thinking, but he quickly said, "Alright, contact me directly after you're done with that."
"Fine, but I'm taking this pet with me."
Fang Mo reached out and directly hugged the Ender Dragon into his arms, "Otherwise, I'm afraid I'll come back and see you two playing horsey again."
"You just can't let that go, can you?"
Upon hearing this, Nick Fury's face turned even darker than a pot's bottom.
"Hahahaha..."
Fang Mo ignored Nick Fury, only leaving a series of joyful laughter. A misty space immediately enveloped him, and then he disappeared without a trace.
And at the same time,
Inside Stark's cozy little villa,
He was holding a glass of red wine, chatting with Pepper Potts.
In front of them was a dining table with candles, two steaks, and a variety of other exquisite dishes, creating a somewhat romantic atmosphere.
"What a wonderful day."
Stark lifted his glass of red wine, pondered for a moment, and then began speaking to Pepper, "Pepper, there's something I've been thinking about for a while, and now..."
Before he could finish, a bright blue mist suddenly burst out in the living room.
Then the space collapsed into a black hole, and Fang Mo's figure slowly walked out from it.
"Hey, what are you eating?"
Fang Mo looked up to see the two people at the dining table holding wine glasses and staring at him blankly. He spoke directly, "Well, you guys are even drinking. Do you need peanuts? I have a plate right here..."
As he said this, Fang Mo really did pull out a plate of fried peanuts.
"Tony, it looks like you won't be able to say what you wanted to say today."
Although Pepper was startled, it wasn't the first time Fang Mo had suddenly appeared in their living room. She quickly calmed down and even smiled at Stark, "What do you think?"
"I..."
Stark opened his mouth, but after struggling for a while, he couldn't say a word.
At this moment, the AI Jarvis spoke, "Mr. Stark, I'm sorry, but I still can't prevent magical teleportation."
"What's the point of this?"
Hearing this, Fang Mo patted Stark on the shoulder with a smile, "If you hadn't injected Hawkeye with that anesthetic, maybe I would have called you in advance instead of coming over to be a third wheel."
"So you just finished operating on Barton?"
Stark rubbed his temples, looking particularly depressed, "I injected him with the anesthetic with good intentions. Do you know how long it took me to get over the psychological trauma after performing the surgery?"
"I can heal injuries, but that doesn't mean I can bring people back to life."
Fang Mo spoke slowly, "The bloody and terrifying treatment process is just to make you cherish life more. Don't go recklessly risking your lives just because I can heal injuries."
"Mr. Fang Mo, I think you make a lot of sense."
Upon hearing Fang Mo's words, Pepper almost immediately agreed, then turned to Stark, "Tony, did you understand?"
"Alright, alright."
Stark raised his hands in surrender, "I promise not to touch those dangerous things anymore and to cherish life..."
While Stark and Fang Mo were bickering, the little Ender Dragon in Fang Mo's arms grew restless. The steak on the table was emitting a tempting aroma, and it was getting eager.
"Mom...hungry..."
The little Ender Dragon looked up, its clear purple eyes fixed on Fang Mo, putting on a pitiful look.
"Is... is it alive?!"
Hearing the youthful dragon's roar, Pepper also took a step back, covering her chest: "My God, I thought it was just a toy..."
"So this is a baby dragon?"
Stark also seemed a bit surprised: "This must be a legendary creature, where did you get it?"
"Got it from monster hunting."
Fang Mo shrugged, telling the truth.
"Mom...hungry...want meat..."
Right then, the little Ender Dragon started to fuss again.
"Stop it, this isn't our home," Fang Mo touched the little dragon's head: "Didn't you just eat meat? Fine, have some peanuts instead."
After saying this, Fang Mo placed some peanuts on the table and handed a handful to the little Ender Dragon.
"Whimper..."
The little dragon seemed a bit disappointed, but it started munching the peanuts in Fang Mo's palm, crunching happily.
"Wait, your dragon eats peanuts?"
Stark couldn't help but ask, curious.
"It eats not just peanuts, but also seeds. According to Nick, it eats anything—shoes, bedsheets, sofas, remote controls. But it loves meat the most."
"Can I feed it?"
Stark seemed excited hearing this.
This was a legendary dragon, after all. What man could resist feeding it?
"Oh, sure."
Fang Mo nodded without thinking much.
Stark immediately cut a piece of meat from his steak and extended it on a fork towards the little Ender Dragon.
"?"
The little Ender Dragon was chewing peanuts mournfully when it saw someone offering meat. It opened its mouth and took a bite without a second thought, snapping the fork in half.
However, the little Ender Dragon didn't realize anything was wrong. It happily chewed the meat, swallowed it with a "gulp," and then started wagging its tail, looking expectantly at Stark, who was not far away.
"This..."
Stark looked at the broken fork in his hand and then at Fang Mo: "Is it going to be okay?"
"It's fine."
Fang Mo waved it off nonchalantly.
Joking aside, the Ender Dragon does have the word "dragon" in its name. Although it can't withstand players' attacks in the game, it's still a genuine dragon.
You should know that in many settings, dragons are creatures that eat people.
Fang Mo had never heard of a dragon that helps people remove their armor and clothing before eating them. Is this a vicious dragon or some sort of special service?
"Jarvis, bring me another fork."
Hearing this, Stark relaxed. A mechanical arm quickly handed him a new fork, and he happily resumed feeding the dragon.
As it turns out, most young creatures are very cute—except for insects and human infants.
After feeding the baby Ender Dragon several pieces of meat, Stark found it wagging its tail and gazing at him eagerly. It looked adorable, and even Pepper couldn't resist.
Encouraged by Stark, she also fed the baby Ender Dragon a small piece of steak.
"Your dragon looks really good."
Stark, ever observant, noticed Pepper's expression and directly asked Fang Mo, "Can you get me one? I can pay."
"Do you think I look like someone who needs money?"
Fang Mo glanced at Stark. "Have you forgotten my golden toilet? Would you like to take a shit?"
"Alright, alchemy is really something."
Hearing Fang Mo's words, Stark realized this was unlikely to happen. So he asked, "Can you lend me this little guy for a couple of days? I can promise to feed it the best food, play music for it, give it massages, and even play frisbee with it in the sky at 5,000 meters, wearing Iron Man armor..."
"What you're saying is tempting, but still no."
Fang Mo shrugged his shoulders.
No joke, after what happened to Hawkeye, Fang Mo didn't want to waste another enchanted golden apple. Even if he isn't lacking in gold, that's not a reason for charity.
"So you came here just to show off your pet dragon?"
Hearing this, Stark became a bit annoyed.
"Oh, that's not actually why." Stark's comment reminded Fang Mo. He directly said, "I almost forgot. I came here to cause you trouble."
