Chapter 884 Immortal Plane
The sky crackled over and over as if yelling due to its failure. Kana stored away the extra black lightning to use later on to improve what she decided to call a soul domain for her and her family. She could feel the spiritual qi rampaging inside her, trying to break that last wall that would make her a true immortal of this world. She could see the same happening to everyone in her family as well.
Hours passed by, and the clouds overhead seemed to be trying to gather enough force to do one last blow to the puny begins below it. Kana kept her eye on the clouds the entire time as she continued to circulate her spiritual qi. And that was when it happened. The clouds suddenly turned from a black color to a pure pink color causing Kana to burst out laughing. "What is this!? You couldn't think of a way to destroy us, so you went with love instead!?"
A loud crackle was heard as the clouds suddenly turned from pink to red and then to a golden color. The sky opened up, and a golden figure in golden armor riding a golden horse appeared in the sky. Its eyes locked on to Kana as it raised the massive golden spear in its hand and pointed it at her before charging down at her from the sky.
Kana looked at the figure curiously, feeling a familiar feeling from it. "Hmmm? Is this…." She reached out with her hand, which turned into a huge dragon claw, and snatched the golden figure out of the sky and brought it to her. "Oh! Dense divine energy, very nice. This is a really fruitful event!" Kana then stored the struggling figure in her huge claw in her storage box and then looked back up at the sky.
The clouds above her stopped rumbling and suddenly condensed into a single large cloud let out a strange squeal like thunder, and ran off to who knows where. Kana stared blankly at the now clear sky, wondering what the hell just happened, but before she could even figure it out, pillars of golden light suddenly surrounded her and her family as a loud cracking sound was finally heard coming from her dantian. A strong power began to well up side her as her body began to lift off the ground. She looked over at her family to see the same thing happen to each one of them. "We will meet on the other side. I will bring you all to me if we split up!"
"We will wait for you!" Creige yelled out, his eyes that were filled with warmth locked onto Kana. He would never allow her to be alone again. She had suffered too much in her life.
The next thing Kana knew was that she was suddenly hovering over a large vast ocean. She looked around to see a few more disturbances in the space around her. Soon all her family members appeared around her. A big smile formed on her lips as she said: "It seems you all made it."
"Mama, we got company." Yana's eyes narrowed as she looked off in the distance. Soon a few black dots could be seen flying through the sky.
In no time at all, five figures appeared in front of them: two old men, one young man, and two girls in their late teens to early twenties. "It's been a long time since someone has come from the lower plane. Congratulations on breaking through to become immortals."
Kana ignored them as her eyes fell on the two girls who were staring at her handsome husband with heart shaped eyes and frowned. "What are you looking at!?">
A great pressure suddenly fell on the two girls causing their faces to pale as they looked at Kana in fear. "How dare you!?" One of the old men yelled out as he tried to use his spirit pressure on Kana. But sadly for him, Kana paid him no mind.
"Do not get any ideas about my handsome husband. Or else I might just turn you into door ornaments." Kana's voice weighed down on the girls causing them to almost fall out of the sky. She was not using her full power just enough to teach them a lesson. The two quickly nodded their heads like baby chicks with pure fear written all over their faces.
"You!" The old man yelled out. He went to reach for his sword, but the other old man standing in front of the others stopped him. He turned and bowed respectfully toward Kana. "Senior… Please forgive them, they are still young."
"Humph! As long as they get no ideas about my handsome husband, all is fine. Now then. Tell me where the nearest city is. My family needs to find a suitable place of residence." Kana asked in more of a commanding tone than she usually would, but she was already in a bad mood.
"Ahem…. I will be sure to keep them in check. If you follow us, I will bring you to a place you can stay. My sect has a mountain peak that is free." The old man in the front replied.
"You! Sect Master! You are just going to let these people in?" The other old man yelled out. That free mountain peak was what he had been working hard towards all these hundreds of years to become a high ranking elder. He did not want it going to some outsiders!
"Shut up! My decision is my decision. What right do you have to say anything against it?" The man who was called sect master turned around and slapped the other old man. He did not wish to anger these people. They may have just come from the lower plane, but he felt something very off about them!
"Never mind, I already found land. You people have fun with your argument." Kana said as she tapped on the air tearing open a rift. She then had her family enter before entering herself. As the tear in space disappeared, the five people stared at the empty spot in silence. Only after about a minute passed did the sect master, of whatever sect he was from, turn around and draw his sword cutting off the other man's head. "This damn fool! Those people were beyond powerful! And he ruined it for us! We could have used them as a means to bring our sect to number one!"
The old man then turned to the three youths behind him and pointed at them. "I do not care what you have to do, but you find them and try to bring them to our sect! I dont even care if you have to become their slaves washing the bottoms of their feet just do it!"
