Talia Graves, the Spellbound Gunslinger, fought an intense battle against an individual with three heads, who seemed to have Bloodline power no less powerful than Regalon.

As she streamed through the battlefield with her bullets spiraling toward her opponent, she didn’t realize she was caught up in an illusion.

*Pchh…*

Two small scythes pierced her while she was still in intangible form, freezing in place before she was forcefully reverted to human form and split into four pieces.

[ She lost?! Fuck, I bet 100 Arcane Crystal on her! ]

[ Regalons are powerful, no doubt. But who the fuck is this guy? ]

[ Could it be one of the Big Ten? ]

[ But they never show up anywhere. ]

[ They do collaborate with other clans for chaotic dimensions, but rarely do we see a livestream with them in the picture. This is one of those times. ]

Fortunately, despite dying, that wasn’t the end of Talia. As an apex Supreme Emperor, Krala had marked everyone’s soul and established a Soul Sanctuary back on Earth.

If someone died, he would be able to sense it and put their soul in the Soul Sanctuary.

And once Almond returned, he would be able to revive them with his specialty.

After Talia, the next one to have a perilous battle was Silvester Duncan.

After the difficulty spike, Silvester paired with Hiroshi, so both of them could challenge each other after finding resources.

So far, their score was 1-1.

But after Silvester entered as he found the resource, and Hiroshi was about to follow up, Hiroshi stopped and turned his head back.

An eight-foot-tall man with one big eye had arrived. He had lush orange hair and a robust figure, wearing an open orange-black jacket with his chest bare, a thick belt, and black pants.

“You want to have a go?” Hiroshi asked.

“Why not?” the man grinned.

“If you beat him, I’ll save up the next resource I find, and give you later,” Hiroshi smiled.

[ Yo, what? This dude is praying for the downfall of his own friend!]

[ Hahahah! ]

[ By the way, is that Immortal-rank guy one of the Big Ten too?]

[ Anyone in the chat know? ]

[ Actually, yeah. He is from one of the big ten. ]

[ Who do you think will win? ]

[ These two swordsmen are kind of crazy powerful as we’ve seen so far…so maybe, I don’t know. ]

[ Fuck it. I bet 10,000 Arcane Crystals on that orange-haired guy. ]

[ I bet 50,00 Arcane Crystals on that Regalon. In terms of combat foundation and Intent, these old guys are monsters. ]

The man challenged Silvester, and it was automatically accepted as both were Immortal-rank.

Silvester was surprised to see someone else other than Hiroshi as the two Monsters disappeared.

“Silvester Duncan,” Silvester said as he stood with a broad sword in his right hand, posing in a forward stance.

“Razen.”

As he spoke, Razen took out a whip and a gun.

Silvester raised his eyebrows but relaxed a moment later as he faintly smiled. “Let’s have some fun, Razen.”

The dimension battlefield was a storm of snow and hail.

Both of them floated within 100 meters of distance in between, their aura surging.

Silvester didn’t hold back, using Regalon Spirit Armament fully as a sleek and thin light-weight dark silver armor with a gleaming silver metallic cross-belt on his chest manifested.

His broadsword glimmered and roared as if alive, shacking atmosphere around him.

Razen’s eyes flashed and he made the first move.

Pulling the trigger just once, a hail storm of bullets covering a large area shot at Silvester with Hyper Speed 2.

‘His Metal mastery is higher than mine,’ Silver’s eyes gleamed. ‘But…’

The bullets with utterly high piercing power seemingly were forced to go around him, completely avoiding him as if there was no path to him.

‘Magnetic field?’ Razen raised his eyebrows.

In the next moment, Silvester vanished like a stream of light, his own speed at Hyper Speed 2.

Razen was visibly started. He had heard Regalons were powerful, but he wasn’t expecting their Immortals to achieve the movement speed of Hyper Speed 2. Only the Big Ten and a couple of other top clans with an apex Supreme Emperor who had top-tier Geneline could do that.

As Silvester’s sword struck down on him, Razen’s whip moved even faster, aiming at Silvester’s head.

‘Mutual destruction?’ Silvester’s eyes flickered before he sneered. His left hand suddenly transformed into a large blade that suddenly pulsed, releasing thousands of smaller blade projectiles from it.

With their thoughts having way more time within Hyper Realm, Razen also made a move to counter the counter made by Silvester, shooting a bullet that shot to the left, but curved and for a moment, achieved Hyper Speed 3.

With an attack coming at Hyper Speed 3, Silvester had no time. It was simply too fast, so all he could do was defend himself as his blade hand expanded like a shield.

And then, all attacks resumed.

Silvester’s sword struck Razen, which was blocked by a barrier.

Razen’s whip was shattered by Silvester’s blade.

And Silvester’s shield blocks the fast bullet, resulting in a loud explosion.

Both distance themselves a kilometer away but turned into streaks of light the next moment as a clash occurred.

Razen and Silvester were going all out, their speed and attack at Hyper Speed 2.

Razen could occasionally shoot bullets at Hyper Speed 3, but Silvester could barely defend himself since he managed to sense them.

But suddenly as if still having something, Razen’s aura surged and he put away his whip before taking out another gun and grinned.

Silvester’s eyes narrowed, his broadsword thinning while widening to half a meter.

“Let me show you, the brutal art of sword,” Silvester muttered, sacrificing some spirits to boost himself using Regalon Overdrive.

“Bring it on,” Razen grinned and shot from both of his guns. A hail of bullets, metallic crimson and brown streamed, transformed into a giant snake streaking at the speed of Hyper Speed 3, about to swallow Silvester.

But in the next moment, everything stilled.

Silvester slashed once.

His sword suddenly extended over a kilometer long in an instant at Hyper Speed 3, piercing through the incoming snake of bullets before striking Razen right in his stomach.

Razen pointed his pistol at the blade, blasting it apart.

But Silvester had appeared behind him as if he traveled through the sword’s blade. His left hand made a slash.

Razen’s eyes twitched, his body turning stiff like a sword.

‘This…What Intent…’

Another slash struck.

And then third. Then fourth.

From every direction, sword slashes cut through him. Each one is precise and deliberate, enhanced by sheer technique and compressed time movement.

Blood burst from his limbs as Silvester reappeared behind him once again right when Razen wanted to counter-attack.

Silvester was already dominating the pace and with the power-up from Regalon Overdrive, both of them had reached almost equal in terms of speed and stat.

Still, Silvester’s two Intents were overwhelming to Razen and his Ability Tree was also more powerful due to the perfect synergy he had built in his arsenal of powers, for his own unique path of sword.

Razen couldn’t recover or counterattack. In the end, he was shredded and died.

[ Holy shit! This old guy has a brutal sword, alright! ]

[ Duh. I’d be disappointed if they weren’t brutal after seeing the Regalon King and Queen in action against that Griminion Tide. ]

[ So far, Regalons lost two Immortals, but the other group lost five Immortals. ]

[ Oh wait, look at screen 6#! We are about to an Immortal Emperor fight! ]

Only Immortal Emperors were still solo exploring because the difficulty spike didn’t bother them. They could still one-shot the Monsters due to the high ceiling of the attack power.

In one of the ruins, Meliora the Elixir of Chaos had found the resource, and following her was one of the Immortal Emperors, likely from one of the Big Ten.

As soon as Meliora entered the dimension frame, he initiated the challenge.
