Chapter 4381: We Will Meet Again

Chapter 4381: We Will Meet Again

It took a while before the blood-red sphere began to turn pale slowly.

I had not fully dealt with the blood energy. It is too powerful to deal with it quickly. So, I begin to push into the small but powerful container formation in the sphere.

It is invisible to everyone but one.

Because this energy is very hard to move, I am putting a massive effort to push toward the place I want it to be.

Still, it took me a minute more before it became clear enough that I could see the Prime Haklin, standing on the other side.

Changes occurred in man; his aura became weaker, and he looked pale.

"Don’t take the bait, Prime Arys. The man may look weak, but he is far from it," warned Prime Wolfden. "I know," I replied.

Of course, I understand. The man is using freaking art; I will not take risks with him.

I have seen what people with artistic talent are capable of; my mother has it, as do many of my friends and acquaintances. They are very powerful things.

Its why I am shocked to see art in his hand.

Usually, only members of the celestial realms possessed the arts, which are specific to their realm. Like the mist art of my mother, it is of the mist realm.

There are a few realms that have a blood art.

Only one uses it as Primary Art, while others are secondary. This one didn’t feel like those arts. If it had been, they would have taken him to the realm already.

It is likely a forbidden art, or the art from the dead realm, or even the one from the abomination or other sources; it’s very hard to tell with the limited knowledge I have.

"As you can see, Prime Halkin. My defences aren’t something you could breach." I said to the man.

His face remained expressionless, but I could feel the conflict in the man’s eyes. He wants to continue, but he is also looking at the defences of the sphere.

"We will meet again, Prime Arys. When we do, this sphere will not be enough to stop me from taking your blood," said the man, and he flew away.

A few seconds later, he disappeared.

"Be careful; the bastard has a habit of hiding," cautioned Prime Wolfden while I laughed and looked at the man where he was hiding.

As Prime Wolfden had said, the man hadn’t truly left. He is hiding.

"I could sense you, Prime Haklin," I said, looking at him, but the man didn’t move. So, I poked him with my soul sense.

The man came out of his stealth and moved before disappearing, but like the last time, he didn’t truly leave. He hid.

’Has he sensed something from my blood?’ I couldn’t help but ask myself.

It is why I don’t like the arts. They are damn too powerful. It’s very hard to deal with them.

I hope to finish with the inheritance quickly. I need to reach Prime as soon as possible. It will make it harder for people to sense the delicious forbidden power in me.

"Still see you, Prime Haklin," I said and poked him with my soul sense again.

He became visible the next moment and kept moving, but tried to hide once more, and I poked him, and he moved once more.

"Let’s go," I said to Prime Wolfden.

"Did he leave?" he asked, and I shook my head. "No, but he is far enough that we could move undetected," I replied and covered ourselves with the stealth power.

"That man is nothing, if not persistent," he said with a sad sigh.

"You seemed to know him well," I said a few minutes later after I avoided another group of the powerful monsters.

There are a lot of them, and they are searching for us. This time, they are helping me against the Haklin. He had killed a few before deciding to use stealth to avoid them.

My stealth works well when there are a lot of different auras. It makes it easier to hide in them.

"He was my friend. We were for centuries, shared many memories and fought many life and death battles together," he replied with his eyes turning reminiscent.

"It must be painful to see him like this," I said, and the man smiled softly; that was answer enough.

Haklin isn’t the only one who has gone mad. There are many; it is a problem that came with isolation. If it is long enough, it could break even Golden Prime; here, these people are only Primes.

"Sometimes, I feel madness taking me. It is very hard to resist it," he said after nearly a minute of silence.

"You are doing a good job, resisting. Prime Wolfden," I replied, and the man just smiled.

"It is why, every time someone new comes. Especially for someone you love, my heart fills with hope."

"New people come with new ideas, and eventually, I hope, one of the ideas will work and we will get out of this god forsaken realm."

"Because I don’t think I will be able to bear another century," he stated and looked at me intensely. It made me a little uncomfortable as I sent the truth in it.

I could see the truth in the man’s eyes, as well as the madness; he was holding back.

The time passed in silence till we reached the space rift. My tools are there, and they have finished collecting all the data I need.

So, I collected them and resumed my journey.

"There is a place, I know, not far from. It is pretty hidden, we will be able to rest there," he said an hour later. To that, I smiled.

There is a question in his eye, but the man didn’t ask. We continued for another hour before I stopped.

"It will be a little cramped, but much safer than any natural hideout," I said, and a moment later. A small abode appeared in front of us; it didn’t appear in a tiny space, but at the size of a tiny house.

I can’t use my abode, but so this is a best option. It was forged by me and is of very good quality.

It was a spatial abode, but my clone had made some changes and removed that element. Now, it is a stealthy, non-spatial above.

"The core space. It is an amazing thing," he said with a smile, and walked inside as the door opened.

The man also has a core space, but unlike me, he had gained it here.

Yes, abodes are forged here from materials of this realm, but abodes are complex tools. They may be able to forge it, with the materials they get here, but not at the level of what they could forge in the real world.

An abode requires thousands of essential materials.

Take grarit metal; it is a common metal, but very essential in forging an abode. This realm didn’t have it, like many other essence materials, and they all couldn’t be replaced with the materials found here.

I stepped into the abode behind him, and the door closed.

A moment later, the powerful stealth formations of it activated, and the abode began to submerge into the ground, becoming part of it.
