Yu Long entered Xia Manor, relishing the ironic fact he hadn't visited this place for six years. A bitter smile formed on his handsome face because he was going here only to take Xia Qingyue's blood sample.

"Ah, the past Qingyue is so cold." Yu Long couldn't help but comment.

"She gave me the cold shoulder for a week or two if I remember correctly." 

Xia Qingyue blushed in embarrassment, "Please, don't talk about that anymore." 

"I-It's so embarrassing." She covered her face.

Xia Qingyue dislikes her past self. The cold and restrained young lady wished she could be more open in the past. At least her younger brother and father won't be so distant.

Cang Yue blinked her eyes and hugged Yu Long's arm, "I'm interested. Can you tell me more, Yu Long?" 

As Cang Yue's voice tingled with curiosity, her soft bosom wrapped around Yu Long's arm.

Yu Long chuckled, "Sure." 

"Let me tell you one or two about Qingyue's dark past." 

"Noooo~!" Xia Qingyue hurriedly hugged Yu Long's arm and pouted at him. "No secret out, or I will bite!"

'I'm more human than I thought.' Yu Long smiled inside.

'Maybe it's time to tell Xiao Che about the truth. He became an adult a few months ago.' Xiao Lie's thoughts wandered somewhere else.

All of a sudden, a thunderclap echoed throughout the Floating Cloud City.

Xiao Lie ignored the chatty elders and glanced at the window, "There will be a storm soon." 

"Okay, that's it. I'll go back to my place." He stood up and left the main hall.

The elders suddenly stopped talking, frowning at Xiao Lie's figure.

As the humbled-looking elder disappeared, the elders began to curse him.

"Tsk, arrogant bastard." 

"It's just because he holds the 'favors' that we give him some face."

"Yeah, Xiao Lie is a persistent fellow. He could have used one favor for Xiao Clan's glory, but no. He keeps it for himself."

"He's selfish." 

"Clan Master, you should have persuaded Xiao Lie more. At this point, our clan won't be able to aim higher." Someone stared at the Xiao Clan's leader.

The Xiao Clan's master is a man with mid-length black hair and a lazy expression. 

After the Lost Heaven Sect gives them resources, the Xiao Clan has exceeded their past self and even made the main branch(Xiao Sect) grovel for the spot in the Lost Heaven Sect.

He grinned coldly and laughed, "Hehe, Just you wait." 

"I must do this carefully... I can't let others discover my plan."

Xiao Che and Xiao Lingxi walked on a grassy plain. After seeing the storm approaching, they decided to get to the clan.

"Hey! Return my bucket!" Xiao Lingxi smiled and chased after him.

Yu Long listened to Chu Yueli's report and frowned because the protagonist didn't act like he wanted.

He's somehow become a good boy.

"Wait, wait." Yu Long frowned slightly. 

He recalled all the things about Against the Gods in his memory. Even though he couldn't remember every little nifty detail, the beginning of the story should remain firm in his memory folder.

"Shit." A curse escaped his mouth. Yu Long put his hands together and said, "I forgot that Against the Gods wasn't Isekai!" 

"Is there a problem, Young Master?" Chu Yueli tilted her head.

"Follow me. I want to visit the Xiao Clan." Yu Long grabbed the winter robe and placed it on his shoulder. 

Chu Yueli didn't know why her young master act like this, but she still followed him.

Yu Long sent a sound transmission to Xia Qingyue and Cang Yue before leaving. He jumped to the sky and mumbled, "In the original story, Yun Che was 'literally' reincarnated into Xiao Che's body." 

"After he jumped into the Cloud's End Cliff, his soul went to the Profound Sky Continent." 

"The current Xiao Che is a different character..." 

'Master.' A voice suddenly appeared in Yu Long's head.

'Levy?' Yu Long recognized the voice.

'Yes, this is me, Di-! I mean, Levy.' The Leviathan coughed awkwardly.

Yu Long smiled wryly and asked, 'What's the problem? Have you arrived at the other Continent?' 

Levy grumbled, 'Yes, That's the problem. I have arrived at the Azure Sky Continent you mentioned, but something is preventing me from entering the land.' 

'The same goes for Shadow Realm's members.'

'As if the invisible barrier is stopping us.' 

'I used my sensing ability and felt countless humans in the Azure Sky Continent freezing like statues. As if time has stopped.'

Yu Long increased his pace and arrived at the Xiao Clan, leaving Chu Yueli behind.

He used his Profound Sense and searched for someone with damaged profound veins. After a few seconds, he teleported to a small pavilion where a young lady was crying a river and shaking a pale youth on the ground.

"XIAO CHE!" The young lady screamed in horror.

Yu Long sensed an intense soul force coming from the pendant on Xiao Che's chest and grinned like the monster he was.

'Hoho, NOT ON MY WATCH, BITCH!'
