The Challenge of the Crucibles was hard, but they reflected the challenger.
Since Ozymandias was in the Third Echelon of his Outerversal Physiology and Megalos Regnum, the enemy he was given was someone interminably powerful in the Fourth Echelon of Outerversal Physiology.
Frankly, even other Outerversal Morphons at the Fourth Echelon would not find it easy to beat it as it practiced the Transcendent Megalos Ability- Existence Defying Physiology of the Megalos!
This was the hard challenge that very few could overcome.
If an Outerversal Morphon with the Seventh Echelon of Outerversal Physiology entered, their first challenge would be a Guard equivalent to the Eighth Echelon.
Unless one had unique innate capabilities or other oddities, they wouldn't be able to cross the gulf of power!
And Ozymandias...held a truly ridiculous oddity.
The complexity, weight, and breadth of an Infinite Omniverse flowing through his Outerversal Heart!
Even a percentage of it as his body couldn't currently withstand the full weight of the Infinite Omniverse coursing through him.
10% of the breadth, weight, and sheer complexity of the weavings of the Infinite Omniverse now flow through your Heart.WUU!
The amount of power flowing through was doubled, the Outerversal Heart of Ozymandias creaking as this was almost the maximum that Ozymandias could currently support without too heavy a strain!
One must remember that the Infinite Omniverse had already undergone Existential Terraforming and subsequently undergone further expansion and elevation with Psioneutrino Particles that rapidly and exponentially increased the sheer size and complexity of its Havens, and it now even assimilated a Dark Matter Core from a whole Omniverse.
Its complexity a day ago was incomparable to its complexity now.
At 5%, a white mark was made on the unbreakable body of the Guard. At 10%...
HUUM!
Deep obsidian radiance erupted with Ozymandias at the center, the tentacles of his heart shooting out with a heavy beat, their speed far exceeding even the guard as they thrashed towards him all around.
DUM! DUM! DUM! CRACK!
Like the beating of drums.
They were utterly majestic and heavy as soon after, cracks formed on the crystalline golden obsidian body of the Guard, and once a single crack occurred...more followed. DUM!
A final beat echoed out.
The tentacles of the Outerversal Organ retracted as the black mist cleared.
Those watching were flabbergasted as they had watched the first challenge of this Crucible many times.
They knew that to clear it...an Outerversal Morphon had to show their power and prestige by at least breaching the defenses of the first Guard of the Amarantos Dream. By causing at least a crack on its body.
But what they saw now...was the body of the Guard of the Amarantos Dream lying shattered in many pieces!
Behind it, the First Gateway of Dreams glowed with an incandescent white light to show that the first challenge had been cleared.
H...
There was an eerie silence in this region of the Pantheon of Umbra at this scene, the Outerversal Morphons observing with awe and other complex feelings as Ozymandias cooly floated forward, the tendrils of his heart pulling him along as they gathered the broken pieces of the Guard of the Amarantos Dream and walked through the gateway silently.
The Second Gateway of Dreams is filled with heavy weavings of Megalos Regnum that make it hard to even take a step, and one will face many more Guards of the Amarantos Dream. Passing it would grant one a portion of the Amarantos Dream of the Megalos... will the Regnum of the Dream of the Beyonder be as astonishing as his Physiology?|
An intent echoed out.
Little Aspasia looked around at the intents of amazement and doubt as she clasped her hands on her chest and spoke resonantly.
Naturally.
WU!
A single word of decisiveness!
It was followed by the scene on the illusory screens changing and showing a luxurious mountain surrounded by obscuring mist.
At the foot of this mountain, Ozymandias stood with an obsidian heart in his hands, nine massive tentacles weavings from this heart as he gazed above towards the peak of this
mountain where an obsidian gateway lay!
But from the bottom of the mountain to the top...
WAA!
The figure of multiple Guards of the Amarantos Dream appeared.
Their golden horns rose towards the misty skies as there were at least 50 of them, and the misty atmosphere of the mountain...seemed to be pressing down with a heavy
weight!
As if an unfathomable weaving of gravitational forces were pressing down on everything and making it hard to even take a step.
Megalos Regnum.
An unseen form of power across the Megalos Beyond.
Determined by the amount of influence and change one could affect across the Megalos
Beyond!
The Instrument was just born, so surely, his Regnum had to be low.
It would be hard for him to even take a step towards the peak of the mountain that was guarded by over 50 Guards of the Amarantos Dream, right?
As the Outerversal Morphons watched with anticipation to see how heavy or light the first grueling steps towards the mountain peak would be...
...!
Their tentacles buzzed as Ozymandias...did not walk up the mountain.
He rose.
He floated.
He flew!
As if the oppressive pressure dancing and cascading down from all around absolutely did
not exist for him!
And truly, from the perspective of Ozymandias who was given the pressure of a Megalos Regnum a level above him, it didn't matter.
How high was the Dignity of his other existence within the Infinite Omniverse?
How high was the Dignity and Honor of an Existence that had arrived in the Expanse and
was doping himself with Hearthraes at this very moment, with his existence becoming in tune with both the Megalos Ynnere and Megalos Beyond?!
Could a mere pressure a level above what his Outerversal Physiology expressed even
affect him?!
The answer was clear!
He flew up towards the peak of the misty mountain, the Guards of the Amarantos
Dream shocked at the scene as they bellowed out and charged towards him en masse!
