EMPEROR’S DOMINATION

Chapter 6393: This Is My Street

Chapter 6393: This Is My Street

“Wait, why are you two running? You still haven’t apologized for pushing me down the well!” Alch-deer shouted at them.

However, they were nowhere to be found in the blink of an eye and didn’t hear him. Li Qiye only smiled and didn’t pursue.

“They were bizarre. Are they pretending to be dumb?” Alch-deer asked.

“Let’s go.” Li Qiye chuckled and didn’t respond.

Alch-deer roared and transformed to his true form, picking Li Qiye up and entering the sea again.

The further inside, the more fog around them. Nevertheless, Ch-deer remained conscious until a particular region was reached.

“Pop!” A power attempted to stop him from entering. As an emperor, he could still push through but the sight ahead made him pause.

He saw islands of jagged rocks and sharp peaks seemingly tearing through the sea’s surface. They formed a long arc of separation.

The power came from the peak, giving off an ominous and evil air.

“This... this is Isles of Evil. Why is it here?” He commented.

“Isles of Evil?” Li Qiye took a closer look.

“A den of villains that is always floating in this sea. I wonder why it is showing up here.” Alch-deer said.

“Rumble!” Figures descended and caused massive splashes.

A group of one hundred or so surrounded the duo. They took out their weapons while trying to intimidate with fierce expression. They wore disheveled clothes, making them look like mountain bandits.

However, they were powerful cultivators and seasoned combatants.

“Looks like we got some fat sheep.” One of them smiled.

“Bam!” Another descended from the sky - tall and broad while dressing in all black. The robe didn’t fit him and sparked the question of whether he had robbed someone for them. The wrist and ankle spots were tied, making them puffed up. It billowed even in the absence of wind, making him look more massive.

“This is my street so if you want to pass through, leave behind the toll.” He shouted.

“Brats, either leave the toll or leave your heads.” Another bandit shouted.

“We don’t show mercy to animals either.” Someone else warned.

“Hand it over!” The leader glared at the two and released his desolate aura.

The explosive force could scare anyone. After all, why would the bandits have a desolate god among their ranks? Moreover, he served as the leader, something utterly detrimental to the realm’s prestige and dignity.

“A bunch of unruly ruffians, you must be tired of living.” Alch-deer laughed.

“You got a sharp tongue, deer! Off with your head!” A few bandits swung their blade for his head.

“Scram.” He released his imperial aura, showing no mercy and sending them flying.

Weaker ones exploded into bloody mists while stronger ones smashed into the peaks. He raised one hoof to deal with the leader.

“Bring it!” The leader lifted his spiked mace from his shoulder in retaliation.

While Alch-deer’s hoof wielded a weight similar to a mountain, the momentum of the mace caused the sea surface to collapse into a deep trench stretching for miles.

“Bam!” The impact made the leader stagger several steps backward.

“Oh, not bad.” Alch-deer respectfully let Li Qiye down before transforming into a human.

“Who are you?! I am one of the Nine Great Villains, Black Wind Monarch. State your name!” The leader understood the level of the opponent.

“Kekeke, I see, Black Wind Monarch who is ranked last of the nine.” Alch-deer purposely stretched certain words.

Black Wind Monarch’s expression became ugly: “Who are you then? My mace does not slay nameless fools!”

“I do not hide my name, I am none other than Alch-deer of Desolate Frontier.” Alch-deer responded.

Black Wind Monarch took another step backward upon hearing this.

“Scared?” Alch-deer smirked.

“You only have one dao fruit yet dare to bluster before us?” Black Wind was furious.

“Yes, but the same applies to you, a desolate god with just one sacred fruit. I don’t know how you’re part of the nine, looks like there is a serious lack of talent here.” Alch-deer said.

“Desolate Frontier doesn’t have any capable cultivator either if you’re among their emperors!” Black Wind used the same argument.

“Is that so? I’m sure some of your peers are on the run from us, hence resorting to hiding here. Of course, you’re not worthy of being on our list so you’re fine.” Alch-deer said.

“You!” Black Wind trembled with rage.

“Calm down, calm down, I’m also a nobody just like you. At the very least, you’re more famous since you’re one of the Nine Great Villains.” Alch-deer smiled.

Despite being ranked ninth, he was still a famous cultivator. The issue was that their Isles of Evil couldn’t compare to Desolate Frontier.

The primal ancestors and heaven-slayers there could obliterate the nine villains at will, hence the need to stay on the run.
