Chapter 6384: Dreams

Solar Monarch let out a sigh after seeing Tenth-gen Chen’s decision.

First-gen Chen chose to go because of Li Qiye’s command. Tenth-gen Chen chose death because his faith had shattered after finding out the truth. The whole system was built upon lies. All they did was help First-gen Chen.

If the victims were to return to life and find out the truth, their faith would shatter along with their sanity.

“The end of the Chen.” A desolate god sighed.

Today would leave an indelible impression on Desolate Frontier’s members. They didn’t know something sinister was happening in one of the branches.

“Finally.” Solar Monarch’s group expected this ending.

Li Qiye had ordered the destruction of Chen. However, First-gen Chen’s existence certainly shocked them.

“Clean it up.” Li Qiye ordered before the thirteenth peak disappeared.

“We obey.” All members prostrated. By this point, it would be foolish not to view Li Qiye as the leader of Desolate Frontier.

The Chen’s territories were obliterated, no longer having the same paradisical appearance. Of course, this was never true given the blood lake underground.

Despite the damages, Desolate Frontier had numerous cultivators including emperors and desolate gods. Therefore, rebuilding the land was not difficult.

Crimson Virtue’s group took charge of this. In just a short time, the land of the Chen was fixed. Somehow, the clan’s destruction improved the sect’s solidarity and morale.

Li Qiye never once appeared during the rebuilding, preferring to rest in the pond. Ordinary disciples didn’t have the privilege of seeing him again.

Some days later, a flute-like noise came from an enigmatic ocean. Listeners imagined the notes melodiously leaping into the air. It pierced through the ocean and spread to the farthest reaches of Old World.

“Boom!” A divine light enveloped heaven and earth, shocking everyone affected. Next came a fog spreading everywhere, forcing lineages and kingdoms to ring their alarms.

Islands released imperial auras or primal energy. A divine peak’s radiance prevented the fog from penetrating…

“What is that?” This scared everyone near the ocean.

Waves of explosions occurred as the ocean rotated. Within were more rotating cycles heading toward different locations. Living beings of the ocean became disoriented, unable to tell north from south.

The desolate gods and emperors could tell their islands and grottos shifting entirely. Originally, some were near the coastline but now, the beach was nowhere in sight.

Some islands and territories were isolated from the rest but after the monumental changes, they became surrounded by other islands.

The defenseless islands overwhelmed by the fog found themselves in a whole new place.

Some came to a kingdom with giants roaming. Others entered a place where everyone had everlasting life. Another was magical - all thoughts became reality…

“Don’t fall into this!” A primal ancestor roared and woke his sect up.

Weaker sects didn’t have this privilege so their members entered illusory realms.

“Dreams?” An emperor was affected and wondered.

“Perhaps just remnant images.” A stronger desolate god assessed the situation.

What was happening in this ocean alarmed many emperors and primal ancestors throughout Old World.

On the thirteenth peak of Desolate Frontier, Absolute Ancestor stood up and activated her heavenly gaze.

“Sea of Heavenly Sin.” She was surprised to see the dramatic changes.
