This was the first time Emery unleashed the full extent of Khaos’s power through his newly enhanced cosmic body. He could feel the cosmic circle within his core igniting, burning brighter than ever before, as an overwhelming surge of energy coursed through him like an unstoppable tide.

[Soul force increases exponentially]
Now that he had reached the Grand Magus realm, the connection he shared with Khaos had deepened significantly. It wasn’t just an external force—it was now part of him, pulsing in his veins, whispering in his mind, shaping his very being. He was no longer merely wielding Khaos; he was becoming its very embodiment.
The air around him grew thick, heavy with an unnatural pressure. The once-clear sky darkened as an ominous miasma seeped outward from his body, tainting everything in its path. It spread like an infectious storm, swallowing the light and replacing it with pure, suffocating darkness.
“Poison!!” a desperate voice rang out through the battlefield.
“All magus warriors, take distance from him!!” the female avian warrior commanded, her spirit attack forcefully cut off as she recoiled in alarm.
“Is this… a battlefield domain?!” the battle-hardened captain muttered in astonishment. “But he is only Stage One?! How could he be this strong?! What is he?!”
Watching Emery’s transformation unfold before him, the captain realized he couldn’t afford to wait. Without hesitation, he activated his own war zone domain. Twistering metallic sands spread outward in a swirling storm, forming a barrier that resisted the corruptive dark mist, preventing it from advancing further.
With a sharp metallic screech, he surged forward, his body vanishing in a blur. His gleaming metallic wings cut through the sky with razor precision as he closed the gap.
BAMMM!!!
His first strike landed squarely on Emery’s torso, sending a shockwave that echoed through the air. But he didn’t stop at one hit—he was a veteran of war, and he knew better than to hesitate.
BAM! BAM! BAMM!!
Each strike was a blur, his metallic talons slicing through the air, slamming into Emery’s form with the force of a falling comet. Each impact sent ripples of power outward, shaking the very battlefield.
Blood splattered from Emery’s body, staining the air. The captain’s attacks were relentless, precise, and fueled by a battle power exceeding 2000.
Yet, despite the brutal onslaught, Emery did not falter.
Instead—he chuckled.
“Hahaha… this feeling… it’s thrilling.”
His body, wounded as it was, began to heal almost instantly. Dark, coarse fur sprouted across his skin, spreading over his limbs as his bloodline transformation took hold. But something was different.
Unlike before, he found himself unable to fully transition into his Twilight form. Instead, a far more primal force awakened within him.
[10% integration… 12%… 14%…]
His power swelled with every passing second, his body expanding, his aura intensifying into something monstrous.
BAMM!!!
The avian captain barely had time to react as Emery’s hand shot out, seizing his metallic arm mid-strike. The sheer force of the grip sent cracks spiderwebbing across the captain’s armor, his body jerking to an abrupt halt.
“How… how could this be?!”
Panic flashed across his face as he felt the corruption seeping into his arm. The deadly poison coursed through his veins like liquid death, burning from the inside out. Gritting his teeth, he made a decisive choice—he swung his wing like a guillotine, slicing off his own infected limb before the poison could spread further.
But his agony had only just begun.
“Captain!!”
Seeing their leader in danger, the six remaining cosmic experts charged forward, their domains activating in a desperate attempt to rescue him.
“NO!! Get away from him!!” the captain roared, his voice filled with urgency.
They halted abruptly, their wings trembling, but Emery had no intention of letting his prey escape. His eyes, now burning with eerie chaos, narrowed as he raised a single hand. With a flick of his wrist, the battlefield warped.
The air itself twisted under his command, as if space was being folded in on itself. Then, like an invisible tidal wave, an overwhelming force surged forth.
BOOOM!
The Law of Gravity exploded outward. The very fabric of reality seemed to groan under its weight as a crushing force descended upon the battlefield, warping space itself.
The six cosmic experts jerked midair, their bodies abruptly yanked forward as if caught in the grip of an unseen celestial hand. Their wings flared wildly, their domains burning to life in a desperate struggle to resist.
“No!!” One of them choked out before his voice dissolved into ragged gasps.
The dark mist had already begun its merciless advance, slithering through the air like sentient shadows. The corrupted energy coiled around them, creeping over their armor, seeping into their feathers, burrowing into their skin like a living plague.
Their eyes widened in horror as their very flesh began to darken, veins turning black, limbs trembling uncontrollably.
“Let them go!!”
The female avian warrior’s voice rang with desperation as she unleashed her own battlefield domain. A powerful, purplish wind filled with life energy burst forth, wrapping around her comrades, granting them a brief moment of reprieve from the suffocating darkness.
Emery turned his gaze toward her, his eyes glowing with raw, unfiltered chaos.
The avian captain, still recovering from his severed limb, saw the opportunity. He gritted his teeth, pushing past the pain. His metallic wings flared, and with a powerful thrust, he launched forward, moving faster than the eye could track.
CLANG!
His path was instantly blocked.
Monstrous tentacles shot forward, massive and writhing, rising from the abyssal mist like eldritch horrors from a forgotten nightmare. They moved with terrifying speed, slamming into him with the force of a mountain crashing down.
The captain barely had time to react before the tentacles wrapped around his body, crushing him with bone-snapping pressure. He let out a strangled gasp, his body convulsing.
Seeing the carnage unfold before her, the female avian’s face contorted with fear. She knew they had lost control of the battle.
“Wait… stop!!… We can talk about this!” she pleaded, her voice trembling. “We will release your students!!”
Emery, however, was unmoved. His expression was devoid of mercy, his soul force burning like an endless abyss.
“Now you want to talk?” His voice was laced with venom. “Don’t bother.”
With a mere flick of his hand, space distorted around him. A pulse of energy rippled outward, and suddenly, two figures were wrenched from the depths of the enemy stronghold, appearing at his side in an instant.
“Master!!”
It was Ha Ron and King Rig—his students.
Emery didn’t need to ask a single question. King Rig’s eyes were wild with urgency as he immediately blurted out, “Master… Shinta… she is not here… they wouldn’t let us see her!”
The words sent a shockwave through Emery’s mind.
His fingers curled into fists, his jaw tightening as an uncontrollable fury roared within him.
“Where is she? WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER?!!”
His rage became a physical force, the dark miasma around him intensifying to a catastrophic level. The dozens of avian warriors watching from a distance could only tremble in horror as the suffocating black mist expanded, crawling toward their floating rock stronghold.
“Stop this madness!!!”
