Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Chapter 1461: Dissipating Clouds (3)

Thinking about the inevitably dangerous situation he would end up in when the layers around his daos seed crossed over 36 in the future, Xuan Hao could not help wondering if he should just give up on trying to reach the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm and instead just directly break through to the Profound Immortal Realm on the spot.

However, after thinking about just how much further he would be able to progress if he successfully managed to reach the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm and how many years of arduous cultivation it might end up saving him in the future, he quickly shook his head and threw these thoughts to the back of his mind.

At the very least, before the Star Shattering Sect encountered a situation that he couldn't deal with in his current realm, or he was about to die from the possible danger that came with adding on more layers to his dao seed beyond the normal limit of 36.

Outside of the dangerous situation that might present itself at any moment, he was at the very least still a few years away from having to worry about any dangers related to the layers formed around his dao seed…

"Hm? It seems like the blacksmithing hall has been developing quite well on its own since I decided to lend a hand the alchemy hall." As he continued using his divine sense to sweep through the sect to check out on how the different parts of the sect had developed while lost in his own thoughts, it didn't take long for him to notice the changes that had taken place in the blacksmithing hall since his last visit to the place.

[Sect Quest: Establish a Proper Blacksmithing Hall] [Blacksmithing Hall Disciples (Below Master Realm): 632/500 (Complete)] [Blacksmithing Hall Elders (Master Realm): 8/10] [Blacksmithing Hall Elders (Grandmaster Realm): 1/1 (Complete)] [Reward: Dao of Blacksmithing Comprehension, Artifact Blueprints, Spiritual Metal] Looking over the numbers through the related quest, it was obvious that the disciples and elders of the blacksmithing hall had been inspired by the recent growth of the alchemy hall and had been rapidly expanding on their own in an attempt to catch up to the alchemy hall that had by now claimed themselves as the number one profession-based hall inside the sect.

Although the growth of the blacksmithing hall was nowhere near the level of the alchemy hall given that they didn't have anyone special like himself to help in promoting it to the younger generation, they had still managed to add a little over two hundred new disciples to their ranks.

Showing that there were still many disciples in the sect willing to take on a profession on the side to have extra skills that might be able to help them earn contribution points without taking on any risks like having to leave for the border to fight with demonic cultivators.

After all, even though there were elders from the sect present in the seemingly unending battle with the demonic cultivators, it was impossible for them to prevent deaths from happening on such a large battlefield.

Outside of that, the blacksmithing hall had even managed to add on another two Master Realm Blacksmiths, something rather surprising considering there shouldn't have been any elders close to that realm still left inside the blacksmithing hall.

However, a quick scan of his divine sense of the two newly promoted Master Realm Blacksmiths, revealed that the two of them were not originally from the Star Shattering Sect, but had instead been recruited by Elder Song as guest elders not too long ago.

Looking a bit more into the situation out of curiosity, he also discovered that the two had apparently been in the process of being accepted into the sect for close to half a year before officially becoming guest elders due to the simple fact that checking their identities and information took a long time considering their past identity as wandering cultivators.

The identity of blacksmithing elders apparently being given to them on the promise that they would help attract young disciples to join the blacksmithing hall and teach the younger blacksmithing disciples at least twice a week for the next five years…

"So… This is how the blacksmithing hall managed to recruit so many new disciples…" Muttering this to himself as he looked over the two new blacksmithing elders busily running through the sect as they promoted the blacksmithing hall to any young disciples they encountered along the way, Xuan Hao could not help wondering if some of the younger disciples had decided to join the blacksmithing hall because of the crazy hype these two created in an attempt to convince the younger disciples about how great it would be for them to learn blacksmithing.

Even though… Some of the things the two said about being able to make and repair your own artifacts without any extra costs- Ah! I'm being affected as well even though I already know blacksmithing! What dreadful tactics… The blacksmithing hall might very well end up surpassing the alchemy hall in the near future with these two around…!

Narrowing both of his eyes as he thought about this while following the two new blacksmithing elders for a bit longer, Xuan Hao could not help feeling a bit impressed by these two.

After they finished their work in the blacksmithing hall, it might actually be a good idea to have them work on promoting the sect in the future…

As these thoughts started to take root, Xuan Hao didn't bother wasting any time, as he directly took out his communication talismans on the spot before informing Feng Chen about the two. Handing over the situation for him to handle.

After all, Feng Chen was the person who had decided to take charge of most of the sect's external matters, so this situation would be best handled by him.

Of course, the situation regarding the Blue Sea Empire was different and was not handled by Feng Chen alone, but instead all of the sects higher-ups aware of the situation, though mostly Elder Song and himself. Řâ𐌽ồΒĚś
