“Oh my, I guess he isn’t that bad at the end…” Elayne giggled, as the Dream Spirits walked all over her body, pulling her hair, grabbing her nose and ears, and more. “Ouch, ouch! D-Don’t do that!”

“Well, it isn’t as if it hasn’t succeeded before…” Katherine sighed, looking rather disappointed.

“Huh? What do you mean?” Elayne wondered.

“Well, master, do you know that in Europe there’s some Magus Families that are called “The Avalon Family” and the “Fae Family”? Well… My King did succeed sometimes, and when that worked, he would get a human bride. This human bride would live mostly a life of blissful happiness in our realm, going back and forth… but eventually, the spark of love would slowly dissipate between the two, and usually the lady would decide to go back to reality, to her beloved family. My King had never kept a single bride his entire life, all of them left him one way or another…”

“O-Oh… And?” Elayne wondered.

“And… well, sometimes, those brides that decided to go back… went with a surprise inside of their bellies, you get what I’m trying to say?” Sighed Katherine.

“S-So he has children?!” Elayne asked.

“Yes… they’re the current heads of these Magus Families; some are even Leaders of Druid Circles. They’re called the Fae-Born, people born with Fae, Fairy, or Spirit Bloodline. They have incredible capacity over magic, can contract spirits with ease, and can also live for hundreds of years!”

“For hundreds of years? And are they so strong? Oh wow…” Said Elayne. “That’s… Kind of amazing. To think the King’s son and daughters are roaming Earth. Do they miss their father?”

“Some of them have visited us and have a nice relationship with him, others never cared,” Katherine said. “It’s varied… Right now, there’s a few of his children staying at our Realm to train Spirit Magic.”

“H-How many children does this man has?!” Elayne asked.

“It’s hard to count, but at least over thirty…” Said Katherine.

“Eh?! He sure changed brides quickly!” Elayne was shocked by the personal life of Oberon; it was like gossiping about a celebrity with a very frugal life. “O-Oh well, I am nobody to judge… After becoming a widow I’m getting married away. I shouldn’t even comment anything myself.”

“A-Ah, please, I am sure your situation is nothing compared to my King’s situation…” Katherine sighed, waving her head. “Oh well, I am not saying my King is the only one at fault for creating them, there are dozens of tales of other fairies doing the same thing, be it males enchanting ladies, or females enchanting handsome men. I hate how our history in this world is just filled with tales about us… fornicating with humans.”

“Hahahaha! I suppose that’s… quite something?” Elayne couldn’t help but giggle. “I-It’s an interesting piece of trivia, all things considered!”

The Fairies of Earth were truly different from the ones from Arcadia…

“You know, back in that other world, there’s a Fairy Queen named Titania,” explained Elayne, as they made their way back to the Palace. Inside of the Palace, it could be seen that dozens of Gourmet Spirits were already cooking something delicious for lunch. “She’s a very lonely woman. I think she only fell in love with a hero that’s long gone, Luminous was his name. I don’t know, but perhaps… I wonder, if it could ever be possible… to… you know, introduce her to Oberon?”

“E-Eh?” Katherine was surprised. “T-There’s a Fairy Queen Titania in another world?! So she doesn’t exist in ours, but in another?! This is… amazing news!”

“A-Are they?” Elayne was surprised.

“Yes, our King has always cried that there was never a Fairy Queen for him… His sister, the Lady of the Lake, and the Guardian of Excalibur, the Divine Blade once wielded by King Arthur, has always kept him company, and could have been our Queen too, but King Oberon always refused incestuous relationships… Which is weird because humans love that, right?” Katherine wondered.

“W-We do?!” Elayne asked. “D-Dear, I think you’re a bit outdated, that maybe was the case like… in the 1400s or something, but nowadays that’s not the case anymore. I’m glad he never chose that route, it’s just wrong overall. Was the Lady of the Lake the one of the ideas?”

“Uh, not really, but we’ve known she had some serious crush for our King, but their love never got to anything. Nowadays she has been mostly dormant in the Lakes, or sometimes she comes to help our King’s children to learn how to use their magic,” Katherine explained.

“Huh, that’s kind of sad… but I guess they couldn’t help it,” I nodded. “I would love to meet her though! She sounds so lonely, I bet she would love a friend!”

“She has many friends, but not many can understand her… so it’s hard, she has become reclusive,” Katherine sighed. “King Arthur… He was also one of her crushes, but he never reciprocated either.”

“So King Arthur was real, huh?” Elayne wondered.

“Yes, of course! Isn’t he a historical figure for humans as well? He is so prevalent that they didn’t even bother hiding his existence,” Katherine said.

“I am not really sure…” Elayne said. “Most people had speculated he didn’t even exist and was just a tale… but if he really did, that’s just amazing- Wait! What about the Legendary Wizard Merlin?”

Not to be confused with Arcadia’s Merlinus, as they were separate beings with similar names.

“Ah yes! Master Merlin! He does exist, naturally,” nodded Katherine. “He is one of the first to have ever created the Magus Family Alliance in Europe, unifying the various Magus Families from the past, that once fought for supremacy, territory and resources. He is a man that revolutionized the World of Magic the most as well!”

“Wait, you’re saying he’s not dead?” Elayne asked.

“Eh? Of course not, he’s one of King Oberon’s sons! His lifespan is very long as a direct son of him and a Welsh Woman.” Said Katherine.

“O-Oh…” Elayne was left speechless.
