Chapter 2126 - Three Girl Geniuses
“She’s not a hundred? Then how old is she? Three hundred? Five hundred? Don’t tell me she’s a thousand years old, she couldn’t have that much vitality at that age,” Lin Xiao anxiously said. The two elders were worried that Moran was too old. If she was still a constellier at over a thousand years of age, they would have no choice but to cry. That level of talent would be just too disastrous.
“Grandfather, what’re you saying? Little Fish is just in her twenties, and so are Xiaoxiao and Ling’er,” Tianming said with a laugh. He knew how much those words would shock them. But while Tianming couldn’t reveal his actual age, the three girls could!
Tianming believed that becoming a stellaminor under thirty would be the highest tier of talent here on Ebonia. He would be in that league too, but unfortunately he had to hide his age and compete with those in the century age bracket. But Feiling and the others didn’t have to hide their talent. Instead, the more talented they were, the more benefits he would receive.
The number of people who wanted to touch him would reduce as well.
“I may not be a genius myself, but my wives and servants will all be super geniuses of Ebonia. Is that awesome or what?” Tianming was already gleeful when he thought of the expression those people that were at the Myriadsword Mausoleum today would have.
As expected, the two elders were stunned and shook their heads.
“Feng’er don’t make these sort of bad jokes.” Dongshen Yue shook her head.
“Right. Grandson, the twenties are barely different from babyhood! They look a little on the young side, true, but they should at least be in their fifties or sixties, right?” Lin Xiao said.
“I’m not lying to you. I watched them grow up. They don’t have an Ebonian bloodline, so they mature faster. If you don’t believe me, test their ages.” Speaking of growing up, Tianming had checked them out. They had indeed grown up well. Ling’er, especially, was entirely different than when she was sixteen!
“Feng’er, let me ask you this for the last time: are you for real?” Dongshen Yue sternly asked.
“I am.” Tianming knew only the truth could convince them.
“Ladies, come over.” Dongshen Yue took out a black pearl. When she dropped it on the floor, it expanded into a futon wreathed in mist. “This little toy here can test the age of your bones, flesh and blood, and even vita. It’s accurate to the day and can’t be tricked! It goes into your vita, so the process may be unpleasant. Do bear with it,” she said.
Feiling and the other two obediently nodded.
“Then I’ll go first.” Feiling daringly went over and sat down, black mist quickly covering her. It was a bit scary that it could test the vita. The wondersky realm had given a massive number for Feiling’s vita age, as her body’s makeup was a little strange. It was only later, when Sovereign Starfeather had communicated with the wonderians that she had been able to rejoin the virtual world.
Dongshen Yue and Lin Xiao’s expressions changed more than they had the entire day combined. “How’s this possible! Bone age, blood age… all of it is twenty-six?”
Tianming finally relaxed. It turned out that Feiling’s vita was normal.
The examination quickly concluded and Feiling got up. She awkwardly smiled when she saw the elders looking at her with their jaws dropped to the ground and quickly retreated to Tianming’s side.
“This, this!” They were definitely shocked as their worldview was overturned. Becoming a sovereign before thirty and before a hundred years old were completely different concepts.
“Xiaoxiao, I choose you!” When Tianming saw how accurate the item was, he discreetly moved away as he was afraid of being tested. Lin Mu’s son couldn’t be thirty.
Xiaoxiao’s test would naturally be no problem and she went up without any stress. She was twenty-four, two years younger than Feiling. She had still been a little brat when Tianming had first met her.
Moran’s body had a whole bunch of elder sisters inside it, so Tianming wasn’t sure how they would affect the data. In the end, they corrupted the numbers. Her vita was aged twenty-five, but the rest was twenty-eight or twenty-nine. However, none exceeded thirty.
The numbers all caused Dongshen Yue and Lin Xiao to yelp in shock.
“Grandfather, Grandmother. I did say they were in their twenties. How could your grandson lie to you? To have this strength in their twenties should mean they’ve got quite good talent, right? How would they rank in the Swordgod Lin Clan?” Tianming asked with a curious tone, though he actually had an idea inside.
The two didn’t respond for a while. They collected the age-testing item before going over to Feiling and the other girls.
Dongshen Yue began pinching them all over, then finally turned to Lin Xiao. “Do you believe it?”
Lin Xiao’s eyes were wide. “How could I not when the evidence is right in front of our eyes?”
“Why’re you all making such a fuss?” Tianming yawned.
“You little punk!” Dongshen Yue glared at him. “Stop acting! You must know that the cream of the crop in the mundus for those below thirty would just be first-, second-, or third-level stellaminors!”
Tianming laughed. Everything was as he had expected! That meant Feiling and the rest were the best of the best of talents on Ebonia. And that was despite not having had access to Ebonia’s resources and inheritances so far. While he couldn’t reveal himself, the three super geniuses by his side could spread their names far and wide and live a good life.
On the way back to Brokensword Peak, Dongshen Yue had been worrying about these children’s future. Now, her emotions had taken a complete turn.
“Feng’er, come with me!” Dongshen Yue grabbed him by the ear and pulled him out of the palace.
“What is it?” Tianming’s ear hurt.
“Let me ask you!” Dongshen Yue checked that Feiling and the rest were still there before surreptitiously asking, “What relationship do the three of them have with you?”
“One is my wife… though we haven’t had the official ceremony yet. The other two are my servants. What about it?”
“Servants or concubines?” Dongshen Yue asked with wide eyes.
“Servants, servants, don’t misunderstand.” Tianming was sweating.
“It doesn’t look that simple!” Dongshen Yue kept her voice down and asked, “Tell Grandma the truth—have you shared a room with them before?”
“Excuse me?” Tianming was stunned. Now, that was direct!
