“Satisfied?”
“Yes, very good!”
Clare looked more and more satisfied with the photo on her phone, her eyes squinting with a smile.
“Bye bye.”
“Goodbye, big brother!”
As he turned to leave, after just a few steps, he had a feeling and looked back, finding Clare squatting in the corner, her face shrouded in shadows, with only her sinister grin visible and the occasional hehe laughter reaching his ears.
Vincent shivered and slightly regretted taking the photo. He hurriedly put on his hoodie and face mask, and quickly slipped away with a short jog.
