The carriage driver did what Ban had instructed. He closed the curtain of the carriage before he fed his Monster the sweet potato even with the risk of it containing poison. He gulped a mouthful of saliva nervously as he extended his hands towards his monster.

When his monster saw the sweet potato on his hands, it was confused at first. But knowing that it was its owner that handed it the food, then it no longer cared as it ate the sweet potato in one mouthful.

The carriage driver was surprised about it as he did not think that his Monster would eat the sweet potato. After all, he did not try feeding it once and he always just fed it some meat that came from normal animals.

Now that he had given the sweet potato to his Monster successfully, the carriage driver was suddenly at a loss on what to do next. He looked left and right but it seems that his carriage driver friends weren't willing to help him even a tiny bit s they just observed him silently at the side line.

He tilted his head towards his back and upon noticing no particular movement from Ban, he finally decided to flick the reign again. And as if a magical thing just happened, the Monster suddenly shivered uncontrollably, and a while later, its butt wiggled and not long after, a huge sound suddenly blasted into the carriage driver's face.

FROOT!

The carriage driver hurriedly covered his nose as the smelly fart of his Monster assaulted it. He also closed his eyes a moment later as his Monster was not finished farting yet.

A couple of farts later, the Monster released a satisfied smile while its owner, the carriage driver, had a disheveled appearance on its back. It's as if the carriage driver would die the next second if his Monster still continued with its farting party.

'What's happening?' The carriage driver thought to himself. Was it due to the sweet potato? He turned his head towards his back and when he recalled that Ban ordered him before to close the curtains, now, he understands the reason why.

The carriage drivers around laugh at his miserable appearance. They did not see something as funny and as pitiable as him before.

Just as he was about to curse Ban under his breath for causing his misfortune, he suddenly heard him saying, "Your Monster has a constipation before. It has now released all of it so it should be able to pull the carriage now, try it!"

The carriage driver did as he was told and just like what Ban had stated, the Monster had become more lively than before and with just one order, it immediately ran towards the direction he set.

"Only feed it with foods that get digested easily. Also, you should stop feeding it meat, your Monster is a donkey so you should only feed it with vegetables and fruits. Well, if you want it to die then just continue with what you were feeding it before." Ban stated coldly.

The carriage driver felt shivers upon hearing what he just said. He really fed his Monster with meat hoping that it would evolve into something new that might allow him to become an Adventurer. However, he decided right at this moment that he won't feed it something like that anymore, after all, if the Summoned Monster dies, they will be gone forever unless one uses a special method to revive the dead Monster, then nothing else will work.

Unless one reaches the Multi Realm to contract or summon another Monster, then one could say that the Summoner was already forever doomed. And it must be noted that ascending a Rank was fairly difficult without a Monster to assist you. Even more so if a Summoner doesn't have a Core Manual to help them.

Anyways, the carriage driver no longer blamed Ban for his misfortune, in fact he was even grateful that Ban helped him. After a few minutes, they finally arrived at the Adventurers Market. As the carriage driver felt grateful to what he had done, he didn't allow Ban to pay his fare.

Ban did not insist and he was even a little happy about it. He recalled what the Elder Red-Panda said earlier, to take advantage of the 'scroll' that he got. He now understands what the Elder Red-Panda meant.

He smiled as he thought of an idea that would earn him big amounts of Gold.

Ban went inside the Adventurers Market after showing his Gold Rank Badge to the Inner City Guard guarding the entrance. The guard went stiff after seeing the Gold Badge and he hurriedly bowed towards Ban in apology for not recognizing him sooner.

Ban waved his hands to dismiss the fawning Inner City Guard. The guard even offered to be his guide but he rejected it as he already knew the way towards Joana's store.

After walking for about two minutes, Ban finally arrived in front of Joana's store. Nothing had changed and it still looks shabby. Ban knocked on the door and a moment later, the door was opened by Joana with the Hairless Cat sitting atop her huge chest.

"Hello, Mr. Leon, welcome!" Joana greeted him with a smile. She immediately noticed the cracked Ant Mask but she did not ask about it and just ignored it. Her gaze traveled to 'Leon's' back and after seeing that it was only him that came this time, a smile surfaced on her face as he refocused her attention to him again.

Ban glanced at the Hairless Cat for a brief second before nodding his head towards Joana. The Hairless Cat no longer appeared as scared and as nervous as before so he guessed that Joana should have already followed his advice of touching her Hairless Cat during the night to assure it.

"Did you manage to get the complete spine of the Hairy Boar from that Blacksmith?" He asked.

A bright smile appeared on Joana's face as she took the Hairless Cat from her chest and moved it towards her shoulder in an exaggerated manner, "Yes, Mr.. Leon, I already got it. Please come in!"
